These particular scans are kinda blurry, but... these all seem to me to look a lot more realistic than what we've seen in the PS2 version. It strikes me as just the coloring being a lot more subtle, and maybe just the static shadowing of the map being more sophisticated. The PS2 version was extremely saturated with color, and unnecessarily bright/contrasting. So not only do these shots look sharper (which we'd expect), it seems like they've done a good job of bringing the overall feel down to earth a little bit. It looks the same when i play it on my mates PS2, but its really small TV so maybe the pixels look less scratchy and perhaps the colour looks better on a smaller TV. But ive played it on a bigger TV before which makes me agree with what you guys are saying so i guess its the TV you use to play the game.
