There's a recomendation for, well what I think, are the best programs to choose, Ad-Aware SE is a free (for personal usage) spyware remove program, I use this as it's a great program to have on your computer, useful for removing those tracking cookies. Always gets them and hardly ever misses any spyware! Avast Anti-Virus is a great free virus removal program, the virus list is updated almost daily as more viruses come out, it protects users from all the known viruses, for windows.. including MSN Messenger worms! You register your copy to get a 14month validation code, after this time, you re-register. Before you register your copy, you get a 60 day free trail, to make sure this program is right for you, as I think it's right for everyone I suggest downloading now!
