I guess you mean the ones in the pictures on the walls. There were only 2 drivable cars available when I had a look (Stratum & Elegant).

 

Damn you Mxy, I had a Otto's question lined up, but yours is harder and better.

 

EDIT: Now cars aren't really my thing, but I think the cars on the wall are:

Bullet, Turismo, ZR-350, Infurnus.

[off topic: It's funny how different people find different missions challenging. I found a few missions almost impossible, but have never had any trouble at all with Supply Lines, Life's A Beach or Cesar Vialpando which get bitched about alot.]

off topic- i found the airstrip missions real hard especially the flight lessons, im really bad in the plane.

I'm fairly sure you're talking about Sweet's mission - 'Cesar Vialpando'.

That's where you first meet Cesar and the Loco Low Co is first used.

 

High Stakes Low Rider is the racing mission that becomes available after this. I just played and failed it and nothing is said other than 'mission failed'. I'll have another guess at the answer:

 

"Why don't you come back when you can handle it, homes"
