There are these clocks that tell times in difrent cities. Thats where i got this. I guess thats a sort of hint(?)

Loco said the LV (Las Venturas missions) and I consider the Zero missions to be San Fierro....hence the confusion....but moving forward.

 

California I believe is eight hours separated from Greenwich Meridian Time (which I believe is also London's time) so that would be my guess.

 

Pass if correct.

The clocks Shazard are looking at are in one of the cargo ships, I think. They have times for some real cities. I'll see if I have a screenshot saved.

Hmm.. I think I said in a mission but didn't say specifically in which city. I mentioned LV in reference to the big cock.

 

 

Aren't all clocks in San An frozen? I always look at the big clock in SF and it's stuck at 12.

His real name is apparently just Paul, and he's from Kent, England.

Kent Paul isn't a sign though... I can think of at least 4 other references to the UK on signs.

Sorry Mxy, I've been looking mostly at vehicles when playing tha's why I miss the other stuffs The answer's not quite correct though. My apologies for not being more specific. I'm referring to the colorful design
