Like when you gain some percent of something you can't work out anymore or when

 

you lose some percent of something you can't work out anymore.

Are we supposed to name the three ways you can stop working out?

 

If so...

 

A) Reaching your day's limit

B) Voluntarily stopping working out

C) ...running out of fat to process into muscle (i.e. starving)?

Do you mean there is a certain percent you reach when working out, and at that point it tells you to come back tomorrow, and we have to answer what percentage it is?

Nope....you have to survive and not be seen, and you'd have a hard time surviving and not landing where you would be seen doing that. So, no.
