actually, i've tried multiple times at where the driver's head should be, and i've never gotten a kill yet. and if for some reason i always miss the right spot, then there's still one more place.

I've seen a couple vids where the pilot headshot works...

Is the third place the vents above the cockpit?

I useually just shoot any part of the window and it seems to work. I might be wrong but I think the passenger side window works too.

I'm going to assume you mean that all 3 are actually in the mission with you. I'll say 4; I'm probably missing some.

I dont know the name for the mission, but also the Yay courier you do in SF. The ones where Cesar calls you and you can acept or decline.

Doh! I forgot about the courier mission since it's optional. But, since ATK was gonna pass anyhow, let's see if someone can come up with the third mission I was thinking of. It's a storyline mission and it comes before either of the other 2 correct answers (which both AJ and ATK got right.)

2 of the 3 have been given (AJ was first) as Intensive Care and Up, Up, and Away. I disqualified ATK's allusion to "Big Smoke's Cash" for no good reason and want a third answer that is a storyline mission.

I've never heard of a Patriot in Fender Ketchup so I'm gonna say "No." I'm surprised this one was that hard. I'll narrow it down to the Los Santos part of the storyline (before "Green Sabre").

well, SAM says there are two locations right in LS, near grove street...

 

 

CJ's house is in the green box, and the two nrg's are in the cyan ellipse, so i would say as early as possible in the game, before 'big smoke'.

I'm not sure of the answer to this but... when is the first time you can get a Rhino without cheating?

Do you mean in awards, or a mission, or just able to get it? Because you get it at 100%, you don't get it on any missions unless you mean vigilante missions, or you can get it when LV is unlocked which is when Toreno calls you for the missions out at his ranch. you can then get it at area 69 I'm probably wrong on these
