The San Fierro tattoo question was actually asked before and it's still a poor question because it's a long obscure list that doesn't require much thought. Here's my answer to it from before, which was pulled from shopping.dat:

A useful trick, if you see someone post in some interesting way, simply hit the quote button for that post and it'll show you the code of their post on the reply screen. Then you can play around with it using the preview button and as long as you don't actually hit "accept post" there're no problems.
