Nope, esperanto is not modded at loco low co, though it does look like a lowrider. It's a transfender mod.

 

Hint: This is my favorite car in the game (next to sabre of course), because it resemblings a car of my moms I used to drive. I mentioned it in another of my questions not too long ago.

The tomoha actually is a low rider. In the game it is modded at the lowrider shop, but in the guied book it is listed as a sedan. Probably just a mistake.

I assure you, in real life it is much closer to a lowrider. My mom's car was a two door. I guess they just put four doors on to make it look different because all the other stuff is identical. Cause they never made a four door monte carlo.

yes, the spelling was wrong; it's "access"

 

and i can think of a few...

 

BF Injection (i have never seen an NPC driving this car, and the only place i can find it is behind the building just east of the malibu, in the dirt and right next to a bush)

FBI Washington, only found near the pizza shop in northwestern VC, in a small alleyway

Sandking, the only way to ever see this car is to get every car on the third list of import/export

Top Fun, where only Tommy can get into these to start the RC missions

 

and if you want to count other vehicles, if you didnt mean "car" as in only "cars", but a more general topic...

 

Hunter, since its an unlockable and therefore NPCs cant drive it

Sea Sparrow, for the same reason

Skimmer, for the same reason yet again

Sparrow, since its only used for the flying time trials

 

and im not quite sure since its been a while since i played, but i think the VCN Maverick is a Tommy-only car as well; i cant remember ever seeing the news copter flying overhead, although it does that in SA.

 

However, since i guess it would be possible for you to get carjacked in any of these (except maybe the planes/helicopters, since ive never really gotten to a point where i get plane-jacked), it may be possible for an NPC to gain access to the car through jacking Tommy; so depending on that, your question may not have an answer...

I had originally thought it was one of the standard SA vehicle reference questions and that you all were interpreting it far too literally. But I couldn't think up a decent answer to it, so now I'm not so sure. Anyway, we're theoretically just killing time until Snares takes his turn anyhow.

Why hell, isn't almost anything technically within "walking distance?"

 

There are a real large number of ways to approach this.

 

Very straightforward: (Outside, close, ground level)

• 9mm in the NW corner of the cul de sac
• Shovel behind Ryder's place
• Brass knucks under the bridge

Less straightforward: (Outside, climbing allowed)

• Micro-SMG under the bridge to the stadium
• Tec-9 on top of Sweet's
• Spray Can on top of building behind Johnson House (you can kill people with it if you try )

Others approaches: (Inside allowed, unlockables allowed, no distance restriction)

• Walk into the kitchen and choose 3 of the 4

• Walk all the way to Toreno's Ranch late in the game and grab the heavy artillery of your choice.

And so on...

 

Or was the whole point of this to see how people interpret this differently and thus I'm ruining it right out of the gate?
