It was an intriguing idea, although you could tell it was Sweet even without re-reversing it. Easy is good for a new type of question though.

ok, i have a two-part question; the first part is easy, the second may take a bit of thinking or noticing small parts of missions.

 

1) At the LVA Freight Depot (where the LV street races are), there is a building called "shafted industries" to the east of the marker. looking ENE from that building, the next building over has a security camera. What company's name is written on the security camera?

 

now the harder part...

 

2) The name on the camera is also seen during part of the game, specifically during the string of missions for the Caligula Casino heist. Where is this name seen?

 

if the answer isn't found within a few days, i'll pass it off to someone else, probably the first person to answer the first part.

 

edit: i found another instance of the company name showing itself, so any one of the two works... and if you find one that i dont know of, more power to you.

The armored van you steal is not necessarily a "Chuff" van; it could also be a "Lock&Load" van and I've also seen it blank, but that might have been a bug. I suspect that balmung03 was originally referring to the keycard:

sorry about that, i had my PC running while i was at work...

 

not sure about the three vietnamese gangs, but i know there are the mountain cloud boys (woozie, triad) and the bloodfeather triad; not sure if they're vietnamese, but they are asian, so i'm taking a stab at that.

 

then the one i'm sure of; the da nang boys, the vietnamese you take care of in the missions "pier 69" and "the da nang thang"

 

if i got it right, then free question to whoever wants it; if i'm wrong, then continue on with other answers.
