With those specs you would be hard pressed to get any battery life or portability out of it. As a said, I only get about 1-2 hours, and it's not that heavy! My tablet/notebook specs are Pentium M 1.5GHz 400FSB 512MB RAM 60GB 5400RPM hdd Geforce 5200 Go The 5200 isn't too bad, but it sucks that I'm stuck with it. At least I have a PM instead of a P4 though. Pentium Ms destroy Pentium 4s in terms of performance vs. power requirements. My 3.4 would still be better than that 5200 is a tad crap You'd be suprised at how the new PM's would perform against your chip. The 2MB L2 Cache versions, especsially the 2.1ghz model, likely slaughter your laptop, while saving your genitals from being fried. Plus it gets more battery life.
