Could be...It cóuld be a fix to the basketball glitsch, though I doubt that. If there would be a cheat for it, Rockstar must have known about the glitch. Yeah I was thinking the same thing, but an interesting point is that it was maybe meant to make you think it was a "something to do with a basketball" cheat when it's actually a metaphor for bouncing in a taxi by hitting R3. The way they worded it "some of which were given to us straight from Rockstar" could mean just the Elvis one was from them.
