A friend of mine and I have argued for years that the FBI cars that come off the Emergency Vehicle crane are a little (but not much) slower than the regular FBI cars that they show up in. I think it's an optical trick because the ones they show up in are JET black, and the ones off the boat are just really dark gray. But he insists that the black ones are faster. Can somebody with more knowledge of the game code tell me whether there's a difference or not? I'd really appreciate it... Thanks in advance... He's saying that when you have delivered them all, similar to the Import/Export garage, you can ask foran FBI car, or any other emergency vehicle, and then get it. The FBI Guys are like remote computers or something. Just like the police cars. The police car drives much faster when the police agents comtrol them. Therefore, you driving it is slower. The cops are always faster, no matter what you're driving, but it seems that the car I get off the boat is slower than the one I took there.
