Then you can submit race details to me, I can produce the pics if needed. I'd never really timed it before, since I had no one to compare times with. But I did it a few times today and got the following. Elegy 4:47 Wasted about 15 seconds due to crashes. Cheetah 4:47 Wasted about 15 seconds due to crashes. Infernus 4:34 Went slow towards end to make finish line. Infernus* 5:07 Entered pay n'spray in LS.(Next to transfender) You guys should be able to beat the crap out of every one of those times, for the reasons I mentioned above. In both of the first two, the car made it in half-decent shape. In the third I was smoking, and I slowed down so I'd survive to write down an average time. And in the fourth I was screwed by the time I hit LS so I resprayed, and only finished to see what the time would be. But assuming you guys are much better than me, I would guess that around 20 seconds (At least.) could be cut off of those times if there are no crashes. (I have a tendency to "Drive it like I stole it".) I went clockwise, and started all of them at the on-ramp in SF. But for your purposes Mxyzptlk said something like the gas station by the RSHaul would be better. I also used nitro's in every race. I've hit 100% so I think my cars have double damage. I also modded the Elegy, and the Cheetah with everything I could except hydraulics, but I don't think that has any effect on speed, durability, or handling. If you guys were going to run it, you should change whatever you need to, but judging by those times, I'd use a Turismo, or Infernus to keep it shorter. Time: 5:34 (was damn hard controlling the quad) Followed every rule (radar turned off, started at 00:00, etc.) except not having a USB capture device thingy (is that how you call it?). You don't absolutely need a USB device, you can also use a PCI video capture card, digital camera, camcorder or webcam; as long as the time on your HUD is readable. Beeble, I think the vehicle from Police impound is supposed to be a police car, the bikes don't spawn parked there, right? Also, please change the second leg from FCR-900 to police car. Thanks for that, the race description said police car but the vehicles list said FCR-900 Don't know whether any of you use them of not, but I'm about to upload the new zip file of all the races, so you can see them if (god forbid ) you're not online at the time. They'll give you a taster of how the site is gonna look once I get frames on it.... which is exactly the same as it does now, but easier for me to edit. On the subject of frames (that zip file will be up in 20 minutes due to last minute changes), I just had a really good idea, I'm going to put the text to the side of the race map instead of underneath. Please could everyone download the above zip file when it's done (I'll edit the post and say when) and give me your feedback on it. I think it would really work well on the main site, so tell me what you think. EDIT: No php support on freewebs, and I ain't too good at it either.
