newest most awesome addition to my plan ever!!

 

i was busy woodcutting the other day when i thought of something

 

p hats generally all increase at the same rate, expect for blues which seeem to just go nuts, anway. i was talking to my friend who has a red p hat and i came up with a plan.

 

if he sells his red hat, all he needs is another 12 mill to buy 2 purples. ii figured i have about 8m atm, and if i cut say 3400 magiocs to get another whip, then kill green dragons to make up the rest of the 12m is hsould be able to make up the difference. also, i won't sell my santa so it too will appreciate in value, making even more money.

 

once the total value of my items, whip, santa etc hits the 12m mark (possibly more depending on how much p hat prices increase...but then again reds will increase to so it shouldn't be to biog a difference) i will sell them all and use it to help buy two purps

 

this has two good points

having two hats means your money increases twice as fast

i have always..always wanted a p hat, this is my one and only chance!

 

 

so what do you think, is this a good fantastic idea or what???

Everyone says that Santas will rise this christmas, but I doubt it. The same with the halloween masks, they only rose 100k because everyoen was planning to sell them.

 

 

Therefore, I reccomend getting the P Hats as they will all raise wise.

Well santa hats own. It sounds like a really complex plan where mine just consists soley on getting a santa hat by rc'ing. Im gonna sell the majority of my money cause right now all I want is full guthix. Then I'm gonna move onto a santa. Possibly some drag or barrows (Ahrims or Dharok) thats what I plan on getting. I should really go craft up those ess I have left in bank, I need money bad.. cause 300k is not sex at all.

 

Im herbing right now to 45, so after that I'm probably gonna get ready to get 80 combat, 57 fishing/cooking, and craft the rest of my ess.

Just trained on Rock Crabs for about 3 hours and went up 1 attack level. now i've got to train for even more hours so i can finally get to 60 attack.

 

Anyone got a good way if getting prayer up? And im only a lvl 65 so not exactly dragon killing.

santa's do own, i think the reason maks dropped so much more than santa's is because masks just look stupid, i had a blue once and it was a huge mistake. although i have a feeling santa's will drop to about 4.2 over christmas, but then increase to about 6m in the months after.

I think they'll dip down into whip range in the months after if no one buys them. I dont think the prices will rocket up because of it being after christmas. If no one buys over christmas and for about half of Jan., then prices will drop a good chunk. Im just torn right now into getting myself some new armor or just keeping money just for the hells of it. Cause you know 3M would look pretty cool just sitting in bank.

 

Either way I got 64 defense, Im crafting nats right now because I want money, I plan on doing agility and herblore the rest of tonight and tomorrow. I want legends done by the end of December. Desert treasure will have to be done soon afterwards. Theiving is such a fart to raise though.

My hero's bank hasnt been revealed yet (I_Mahatma_I) but I can assure you he's probably got some awesome stuff. Cursed You, I remember him having close to 3 complete sets of each barrows and 2 sets of full d whilest claiming "another set was on loan to a friend". That is an impressive bank however, and its probably mostly from merchanting. Ive done it on my noob and all it takes is about 3 hours.

 

1500gp - buy cooked lobs as cheap as you can on karamja island (anything less than 200gp)

*resell for 250 ea getting massive profit

*repeat steps over again until you've got about 15k

*Move on to buy coal 100ea

*resell for 150ea

*In about another hour you should have pretty much come close to 500k or so, that is if you find a really good noob seller

 

Its quite simple really, Ive done it on karamja. Except that I'd buy the lobs raw, cook them on my main, and then resell for even bigger profit (since raws go for like 125 and cooked goes for 250... double profit plz?)

because of the cook x function raw lobs now cost 300gp ea, while cooked are 200gp ea, i was browsing forums and asking around for ages, no one wavers from those prices.

 

i fugre the best way to make money in the big time is merchanting staking, KQ hunting, any other way is just unrealistic if you are wanting to be a multi-multi millionare

Really? Because I just picked up 100 raw lobs for like less than 100gp... In fact I picked up 25 cooked lobs at 45-60gp ea...

no, but generally as people are always leveling up the kq is always gettign easier, clans kill it for fun but there are many guides on rs forums and drop logs of clans killing her, most of them after the ever so sacred d chain * bows head*

torag plate is probaly better than d chain, its so over rated.

I have just watched my friend finish regicide, now that was just as frustrating as underground pass, plus you have to make a few trips through the underground pass to get where you are going. I only watched him do it and had to lie down!!!

 

Few questions regarding the king lathas story line:

 

Has anyone done roving elves? - Is it better to get crystal shield or bow, do you think hally is coming out.

 

And if anyone has done the dreaded mourners end parts one and two then can you tell me whever it is worth even considering attempting these.

 

ok so my next goals are:

 

Numero 1) I go on holiday christmas day and i am having my xmas day on xmas eve so i might not be able to get on pc. But on friday i am going to power fish, i am level 64 fishing now and want to get it up two levels so i can pot myself in guild then probaly not leave for several days, until i can fish swordies without taking half an hour and having 3 quarters of tuna in the iventory!

 

2) Whip: Once i pull myself back to my feet money wise after a fatal blow i hope to buy an abbysal whip, this should get me my next goal.

 

3) 70 defence - ok i have 70 attack and strength all i need now is 70 defence ( 66 atm)

 

4) 75 range) its 73 now - nuff sed

 

5)70 mage - this will need a big investment in to bloods or deaths, its 61 atm

 

These 3 above will probaly be achieved by killing slayer monsters, my slayer atm is 53.

 

6) Ancient magics - will train for desert treasure

 

7) drag hally and crystal bow or shield

 

I might scrap the last 3 goals cos i really cant be arsed with magic, it pecks head!

 

So realisitcally can someone help me out here or give the other man a hand, or throw a chunky chunk of change in to the bigbilly needs a mr. Whippy fund? I swore to myself i would never do that.

 

So what do you think of my goals, can they be done, and please dont ignore my questions but actually answer them!

Right now... Im only 2 levels away from DT. I gotta finish theiving (which right now is ungodly close) to 53 and then I'm ready. I got the quests and everything. I bought some sharks yesterday, Ive got about 120 banked so that'll probably suffice me through it.

 

After my whole quest expedition, Im more than likely gonna get 70 range. And I'll probably go and get 70 mage. DT will get me to 64 mage (20k magic xp ) And legends will chime in some xp... about 10k pretty much. As for range Im not quite sure. I'll probably buy 15k bronze arrows and go to ogres and sit there and chill for a bit. I'll send my friend in there so he can collect and bury bones.

 

Also billy I know someone who has done roving elves, and sometimes its more of a preference as to the reward. I know some people who absolutely love their shield and I know some people who take their crystal bow everywhere. The thing I dont like about them both is that you gotta shell out money for replacing them.

 

I plan on powerfishing to 68 also, except mine is only 55. The only problem I have with fishing nowadays is the jerkoffs at Catherby who make fun of kids whose parents or siblings have died in Iraq. That really cooked my cheese...

Page 18 so umm... owned? Haha seriously man theres nothing wrong with mooching off of friends, and I'll lend you a hand when I get done with my quests. The weird thing is that Im saving up money right now... but I dont know what I want. Its like I dont want full guilded because its just rune but just all gold... and Im not shelling out 4M for another set of full rune. Full drag is a little spicy.. so I think I'll just save up around 4-5M just to have it ya know? So if I wanted some ranarrs for herblore, I could easily get them. Its always nice knowing you have a good cash cushion.

 

On the mourner's end quest thingy. Everyone and their brother and 2 friends were all going nuts when they heard about you being able to craft death runes after completing pt.2... but you only craft 1 at a time. So its like you do a 8 part quest (not to mention the quests you need to do any one of those 8 quests) plus train nonstop for several weeks to get your skill to match the quota, then spend lots of money to buy armor if you died or need some pots... for 1 death rune. Sure its a sweet gig and deaths sell for a lot these days. But is it worth your time? It probably is, seeing how it takes close to an hour to do 1k of anything through the abyss. So I dont know, the reward I heard is pretty nice, but you know... 8 quests.

 

As for your 75 range and 70 mage goal... like I mentioned earlier in my past posts, go to Zanaris slayer master. She gives dragons out the bunghole. If you get like 189 black demons or 138 blue drags that calcs out to 125k xp from the demons and roughly 60k from the blue drags. THAT my friend is some nice xp for range and hp. The only burden you face is buying the arrows and finding a world where theres not a lot of people.

 

As for me... Im gonna arse it for magic. Why? Not sure, I dont go pk'ing ever. But I like the idea that I can ice blitz people at c-wars. Plus ghost robes are teh sex.

 

 

 

Now onto my hero wildfire.

 

KQ techniques have been practiced lately. Ive seen 1 guy solo down there in full Veracs (since KQ uses prayer and Veracs hits through prayer for those of you who dont know) and they come out on top, usually around 50-50, if not then they tele out of there. Very seldom do you see people die down there. Although if you were down there last night, you would have picked up some armor from a lvl 72 who decided to go down there with a few of her mates. Most of its just melee now. D hally does a nice diddy on the KQ since you can hit from a distance and wear black d hide to avoid getting hit by her mage blasts. When she breaks down to her second form thats when she really starts to get weak and you can come in and blast her since I think her protect from mage and range are off. But mostly its just barrows or sometimes d legs, sq, and med with a rune plate going down there with a few buddies. My friend (101 now) goes with his clan mates a few times and still no d drop. They try to keep it under about 8 people and all of the time it works so that way if they do get a d drop (around 20-25M now by the way) they can split the drop while still getting a nice chunk of the money.

 

Actually, my dear billy, when it comes down to it, d chain is not a worthy investment, but in some cases it does overturn torags. Mostly in the manner of you dont have to go spend money to fix it. It always stays the same. and d chain is really good at c-wars for the melee reasons. Torags might have a better defense, but it costs money to keep up. Id just go torags though, easier to get. But seriously, would you turn down a d chain?

I just swapped my Rune Plate, Rune Scimmy and my Rune Kite for a G Maul. Its pretty good except a bit slow. Its a good alternative until I get my range a bit better so I can go do Lost City.

 

Anyone know how much a yew log sells for now? Last time I was selling them (which was a bout 4 months ago) they were (I think) about 600 each. Wondering if the price has dropped/rised?

 

God I hate people who use a cannon at the Rock Crabs, why cant they train range the good old fashioned way.

WAIT... a yew long or a yew log. Yew longs go for about 600ea, yew logs go for about 250ea.

 

Plus you got ripped on that deal. g mauls arent that great really and theyre only worth about 100k and according to that 80k (rune plate) + 25k (scimmy) + 55k (kite) = way more. Although they are pretty nice on some occasions, but still I would have stuck with the scimmy.

 

And you need just 70 att for a whip.

 

@Wildy: Well... Jagex has made quite a bit of updates that might have changed it, but Im pretty sure veracs still hits through the KQ prayer.

Yeah ghost robes + abby whip + guthix book. People mistake the robes for "shade robes" but no... shades wear ghost robes... shades dont wear shade robes. You've seen shade robes... they arent really ghostly.

Anyone know an easy way to get money for a non member? I only know giants, when the drop there big bones you can sell from 200-300ea, but i cant do that at my level, level 17 now, but im school today so ill pu my levels up.
