yazkuza i still rekon you should stay on nats, if you are crafting bulk then your gonna make bulk cash AND mage exp instead of just mage exp from laws. i mean, i got my mage from 55 to 72 in like a week cause of high alching, plus i didn't lose any cash at all. i tried doing the craft laws then tele and it is a big waste of time.

 

also the exp difference between nats and laws is like 1 or .5 or something stupid.

I bought for 3.5M from some guy. I told him 3.4m and 20 pray pots (bout 100k) and he was all over it. I could tell why because he was pk'ing. He almost walked into wildy with 3.4M cash on him because he was so anxious to pk with his new pray pots that he almost forgot to bank his new monies.

 

Anyway, my goals were right. I had whip on saturday and I could use it by sunday. I got 2 str levels and like 7 slayer levels just today. I gotta go back to crafting nats though because being poor sucks. Im thinking about staying with nats though... Im more interested in just making more money because now I want full guthix. 1.7M at least.

 

Whip is freaking great though. I went to duel arena a while after I got it. I had some sweet kills. I hid it behind my dds (stood around with dds, equiped whip in duel) so I scared the poo out of some people. I knocked out an 80, ko'd a 69 pure, and I got a 103 a quarter down on his health... then he ate, potted, and went into full dharoks and owned me. Ko'd me actually with a 31. Was quite funny. He said he was sorry but he didnt want to lose to a noob...

 

Yakuza's next goals:

whip is the best to train with, but veracs/dharoks are much better when it comes to duelling or killing kalphites etc.

Theres a new slayer monster out, needs 95 slayer to kill. No one knows what it drops yet. It might drop something better than whip... but I still think it owns. I mean come on can you beat a 20-19-21? That was an awesome kill. Six flawless victories at duel arena. I need to go raise str up and see if I can just like flat out own. Im training defense with whip right now. I got str with scimmy or b-axe. My last last slayer assignment was 117 otherworldly beings. Not a single good drop but I got 2 str levels off of them. Im 78 combat now since I got my def level at werewolves today.

 

Once I hit 80 combat Im gonna feel pretty sex. I need like less than 20k to my next hits lvl. Might just as well go down into ice warriors and just afk down there.

 

 

Oh and leave leather gloves alone Ive got red gloves now.

they update the manual about every neon yellow moon. There isnt much news about it, but I heard about it from some guy who was raising slayer to 95 because he heard that the new drops would be like unbelievable. So either it is out or it is rumored to rock the world when it does come out. Keep your eyes peeled for it though because I dont know much about the new monster. I have no clue where it is at that. Maybe I'll dig up some info for you guys... after I get my str levels.

i suggest using the lost city slayer chick, you often get dagganoths which make for good all round exp (you don't have to watch screen).

in other news, I was at c-wars all yesterday. I tore up a LOT of people. Including this one new which I hate severly now (Tall Boy B... find him and kill him). My best streak was 20 kills. I have pic if no one believes me

 

I love my whip, although dds and d scim helped out greatly with noob prayers 1v1 and dds specialing noobs was ALWAYS fun. I even 2 hit some guy even though he was lvl 21 it was still a 2-hit.

 

I dont like prayers in c-wars. I mean its 1v1 and youre praying? I had several lvl 90s and lvl 100s pray 1v1 on me. Are they that ashamed? I even killed me a few 100s and 90s. Like okay if youre getting piled by mages and melee'rs (sometimes rangers), you pray and you run, right? But if youre out next to jumping rocks and youre all alone and its a clean fight, why pray? Its not like youre going to be kicked out of the game forever if you dont survive. I dont know, I guess thats why I hate abyss pkers.

 

 

 

@Wildy... we gotta go to c-wars.. I teamed with a 106 and a 97 yesterday... we cleaned them out...

 

@asimov: Im probably gonna go to the edgeville guy one last time to see if I get anything good like werewolves (might get a left half ) then I'll move to zanaris slayer. I heard she gives metal dragons out the bunghole sometimes.

yeah metal drags are good money and good mage xp. My friend gets d legs in at least 2 trips. Only problem is that I need runes first before I can actually take them down. Theres no way Im gonna melee them. Im just gonna stick to castle wars to for xp right now, I want at least 60 str so I can use whip. I just need the runes first, and the money. Whip set me back a bit, and I havent crafted nats in forever.

 

I'll be in 42 wildy, might want to catch up with c-wars and wait for me. I'll be on around 4pm Mountain time.

 

New slayer assignment = 139 blue drags.

 

Should I go scim the babys or whip the moms?

recently i got 7k flax as well as 4k b strings, this should take me up to 2.5 mil if i spin and sell them, i borowed them my freind to spin for free crafting xp and he got hacked while he had them!

 

I do not have a lot of stuff now, but i am trying to make a comeback, i have full rune, dds, glory and warrior but my ultimate goal is a whip. I have recently been powering slayer to train attack and strength, i am goign to traind efence next, once i finish my fire giants task i will go back to the lost city master and get a new task!

 

I need to know the best way to get cash! is runecrafting worth doing, and how many ess will i need to get to 44? from 35?

 

If you can rate me and answer these questions then that would be great! I am greatfull of any advice and would appreciate your help!

Runecrafting. It pays off. It did for me (although I had some generous donations ). Either way, it pays off great. Im currently working on slayer, but I really need money so Im thinking about finishing off my 4500 ess and get myself back into the mainstream. Im gonna save up for full Guthix and then possibly.. a santa

 

Thats about 6M tops right there (Guthix = 1.5M and santa = 4M). Im probably gonna stick to runecrafting. Nats sell well since they dont last forever and EVERYONE alchs now. I suggest if youre raising stats, go train at Blue Drags, go mage them and collect and bank bones and hides. Sell bones for 2.5k ea and I dont currently know how much hides sell for. But theyre up there. You can try to wc to 75 and sell your yews, that'll give a slight plus for monies. But I reccomend just getting to 44 on possibly chaos. Chaos sells really good to ancient magers. Use the abyss, but I suggest you steal a LOT of cakes so you have something to heal with at edge. Plus if youre getting ready for abyss runecrafting, I suggest you go in something like...

 

Outfit = full green d-hide, elemental shield, blue wizard hat, bronze pick, dueling ring

 

Inventory= small pouch, 25 rune ess, camelot tele runes

 

Tele to camelot for easy escape. Its what I do, but its my little secret so dont slip it out. I can calc the amount of chaos you will make, but I will have to later.

doing airs will take you forever and would take tons of rune ess. do chaos, they sell well and aren't all that tough to make.

Anyway to get from where you are now to 44 you'll to do either of these

 

6,346 airs

4,534 fires (recommended if you have a whole heap of dueling rings and don't care for money)

3,740 chaos (only if you want money)

3,967 comics (don’t know why you'd do this, but i did them from 27 crafting onward, until I get 35)

 

 

Anyway I’ve got an update. if decided to scrap, or at least put back for A LONG time my idea of getting 99 fletch, instead i decided to go for my skill total and get all my other neglected levels up and running

 

This will include

 

rune crafting from 30 to 44, then make 12k nats to get it to 55 (maybe 60 if i can be bothered)

Fletching to 85

Magic to 78

Crafting to 63 (will collect and tan all cowhides by myself, then make 5k or so coifs)

Ranged to 80

Herb lore to 50, possibly higher if I can bothered again.

Fishing to 76

cooking to 78

Woodcutting to 75 (am doing this atm, as of writing i have cut 6k willows and are almost 69 : D, big difference from lvl 60 2 days ago)

fire making to 75 (using the 13k willows I’ll have from 75 woodcutting, but i may keep and sell when carpentry comes out, they could fetch a good price)

Mining to 70 (about 9k ores at ardy)

Smithing to 68 (using the 9k iron ores, i will just buy all the rubies and make the rings myself)

farming to 32 (then I will buy 500 ranarrs and grow them all, making many many many mill in the process, I saw a guy on forums, bout 500 seeds for 7.5 mill, then made them all and sold the ranrrs for 21m!)

thieving to 55 (not hard, will get this in about 20 mins)

 

 

 

After I finish all these I am sure the price of whips/full torags minus hammers will have dropped significantly, I will then buy both back and get

81 attack strength and defense

about 83 hits, if I calced it right

72 slayer (will be done before 100 cb I am pretty sure

60 pray (will kill 445 green drags, use the ecto worship to get it. also the hides will be made into green bodies then alched with my 63 crafting : D)

 

First I will use the whips defence attack to get its exp level with my attack, then use a dragon scimi to get my strength level with attack and defense. After that I will train on controlled until 81 of each, getting me to 100 cb.

 

 

 

Also I have a big list of quests i would like to do before i start combat.

Finally I won’t get members back until I have 75 wc, I’m cutting out the back of draynor village and never realized how annoying free to play worlds are, so far I have seen at least 15 people lvl 20 and up die from dark wizards, all of them trying to mage them wearing full mith *shakes head*, I usually tell them what is wrong and if they die, take their stuff and give it back when they come running back. At one stage I even went and crafted 10 sets of plan old cowhide and gave them out to people who were training there.

i just remembered one thing that has pissed me off big time about being ona non. although i can cut willows just as fast on non i have no bank space. luckily i had willows in bank already and so i can still bank them but i accidently withdrew a rune pickaxe, three different types of noted pots (so i don't want to drop) 2 noted rune hatchets, all my cash, and a broken ax.

 

plus i am wearing a santa, mage boots, glory and wealth. i can't freaking deposit and i have almost died like 4 times, if i die i drop the santa which sucks balls.

@asimov: dude if you really trusted me, you should have dropped that santa off with me. Id of taken screenie of it and sent it to my friend (who nearly strangled me because I got whip) just so I can laugh.

 

Nice set of goals you got there, I need to get smithing up to 50, Im seriously tired of just not being able to do legends. Also somewhere around 70 mage will make me happy. theiving will get 55 very soon, Im probably gonna do it right now. I really want to do Desert Treasure for the ancients... and ghost robes....

 

ghost robes + whip + legends cape = teh sex

 

Maybe I'll just stick to my team-49 cape... thats what I use most of the time, that or a pitch black fremmy cloak.

 

@billy: what I did, was from 22 I went to 34 or so JUST on airs. Then from 34 I alternated fires and cosmics. Almost a 3:1 tradeoff. I reccomend just sticking to fires. It never hurts to have a ton of fires just hanging around in your bank. I forget how much ess it takes to get a whip from just nat crafting. But you've seen the outcome, so all you gotta do is have the patience and time to get it all done.

 

Right now Im just trying to herblore up to 45. Im thinking about going out to black uni's in the wild with rune scimmy and just getting 5 full trips in of uni horns. Seriously I have 120 marentills, I need to get rid of them. What sucks though, is that although 120 marentills sounds like sweet xp, it'd only give me about 1.5 levels according to the calcs. Agility needs to get a little higher. Im thinking also about heading out to barb outpost to get to 56 agil for Regicide (maybe we can do it together eh asimov?).

 

@wildy: well gee wildy do you think its because you have that "113" next to your name?

yeah, this time i'm not going to bail on them. i might take long breaks but i will get it done sometime in the next year or so.

 

also about regicide, i only have to collect the ingredients to make the bomb again, then i have finsihed, it is more the fact i haev to make another 2 trips though the underground pass, which is enough to piss off anyone

To help you crease the boredom on the whole goal thing, I reccomend you do what Im doing on my goals to raise just about all of my skills.

 

Its simple enough really, all you have to do is raise each skill 1 or 2 levels a day, depending on how determined you are to raise it. Like me, Im fishing 1 or 2 levels a day. Im gonna go powermine coal to my next level and enough iron to help make the coal into steel bars, then Im gonna smith for 2 levels and get to 50 finally and move into mith. My friend has a whole reserve of mith waiting in his bank.

 

These will also go good with my mage goal because Im just gonna high alch the steel bodies that I make. I think they go for like 1200 or something higher, which is 4x the amount I sell nats for. It wont be much but ever gp counts.

 

I also do plan on getting to 55 rc'ing just to clean out my ess and get myself back on the radar when it comes to money. Hopefully with my new fishing goal I will be able to sell some of my lobbies. 68 fishing first, then Im going to 76. Its something crazy like 13k lobbies 11k swordies. So I may just sit in fishing guild for a few days and see how many swordies I can catch.

Im probably gonna go gather up the stuff I need for 45 herblore and 50 smithing. Legends gives you exp in the 4 skills of your choice... so Im thinking about doing theiving... str... magic... and agility. Basically secondary skills. Im good for combat skills because I actually have the motivation (and weaponry) to go accomplish whatever I need. I wanna have desert treasure done by year's end. Also I want to have 68 fishing by the second week of January. With the 2 weeks I have off for christmas, I'll probably get a lot done.
