FIRST TELL ME WHAT IS NEED OF CARS FLY CHEAT AND WHAT IS NEED OF CARS FLOAT AWAY WHEN HIT CHEATS IF YOU CAN GO THERE BY JET PACK. OK BUT . Southpaw311 Posted August 31, 2008 Share Posted August 31, 2008 EVERY sing time I have tried to get to Liberty City, I ALWAYS get that damn loading message. I have tried many times, and always seem to get that just before or after I cross the highway that runs north/south through LS and to LV. I always try to fly as high as I can, but it won't let me.
