14. In the mission 'Payday for Ray' Ray asks for the money but Claude never hands him anything not even a fake animation.

For #2, I think they meant the people who blew up the bridge, but I'm probably wrong... GTA can't be perfect, otherwise the game would be near impossible. For instance:

-You wouldn't lose police attention after a few minutes for KILLING a person in

front of them!

-When you get "wasted", it's supposed to mean you're dead. Since when are doctors magicians?

-If you get busted, you wouldn't be immediately let out, would you?

-You would get more than 1 "star" for killing a person.

-Claude would 100% get his ass busted before the end or even the middle of the game because his picture is on the FREAKING FRONT PAGE OF THE NEWSPAPER!

-When Claude gets busted, they wouldn't let you out for a long long time, seeing as your picture is on the front page for a crime!

-If you fell from a 10-story building, you'd be dead or wish you were. Is Claude Superman? No.

There's definitely more, but you get my picture. If they made the game like life, it'd be freaking impossible.

07. Marty Chonks complains of all these money problems he has, but is somehow able to dish 10 grand in cash to Claude ( you could easily argue that Carl pays the last 4 grand but 6 grand is still alot of money)

08. In 'the getaway' out of all the banks why would you choose one a street away from the police headquarters?

23. In the mission 'gone fishing' Rays partner tosses a grenade in the water but the explosion is about 6 feet away from where it hits.

25. Donald Love and Marty Chonks are the only contacts that has no prior contact with Claude.

41. D-Ice must be the biggest thing in Liberty City since Claudes allowed to just drive to Saint Marks without no problems whatsoever.

07. When Marty tells you to bring his wife to him to kill her, he does it for the insurance. Maybe the 6 grand is from all those cars you got rid of, and the insurance claims he had on them.

08. I only know of two banks in the whole game (though I'm probably wrong), the one used in this mission, and in Stauton right when you cross the bridge. Since Staunton is not available at that time, it looks like you only have one bank.

23. Ever think that the grenade would float or sink away?

25. You actually are contacted with Donald Love through one of Ray's missions. And how are you involved with King Courtney, D Ice, and El Burro before they contact you?

32. Asuka and the Yakuza have a helicopter at the casino, they could have used that to get to the top of the building.

35. I don't really understand how there isn't enough room there.

41. In "Cutting The Grass" for Salvetore, you learn that the Mafia is already fighting a gang war on two fronts. I don't think they want another one with the Hoods.

1) Yes this confused me at first, but i just thought, "f*ck it", how else was he meant to escape?

2) The paper came out when he was arrested, and it was only when they blew the bridge up that they deleted the records.

3) If they were real cars then it would have been possible to move them, and they would have dissapeared. Rockstar made them as part of the actual environment.

4) This is so you can't stand outisde and snipe him.

5) A glitch, all games have them.

6) Can't remember this one.

7) What FNB said.

8) Again, as FNB said.

9) You'd be complaining if you weren't able to shoot till he had faced that way. This is better though in the "in-car-camera" mode.

10) Don't remember

11) Stop been so picky. yawn.gif

12) He's downstairs when he asks her this.

13) Already had a topic on this.

14) Maybe because Fido does missions for Ray, so really he would just be getting the money back.

15) Family of Forelli's.....

16) It's fun to watch old aged pensioners hold their back as they try to run away from you...

17) The what? The where?

19) Yeah, always confused me.

Can't be arsed with anymore......

Marty Chonks's missions are available from a payphone in the trenton area of Portland, near Joey Leone's garage.

Oh, I have a new one:

If GTA was more realistic, cars would be practically impossible to steal. Most normal people keep their car doors locked while they are driving and parked.

Another thing we don't want to see in the game.

And then we would have to "learn" how to crack the locks like in "Mafia"... dozingoff.gif

Gta Master.

-If you get busted, you wouldn't be immediately let out, would you?

-If you fell from a 10-story building, you'd be dead or wish you were. Is Claude Superman? No.

For that first one, that's the whole reason you lose all your money and weapons because you bribe the police with them, and for that second thing, when does that happen?

04. (entire game) If you look through the window at ammu-nation the desk clerk isn't there but he is the second you walk inside.

Maybe that's because the game is showing the view from how it would be is you were the character. It would take up too much memory if the game had to load all the people just out of the character sight in to the game.

08. In 'the getaway' out of all the banks why would you choose one a street away from the police headquarters?

How many police stations are there in the game about four or five, no? Why put a bank all the way over the other side of an island (area) when you it's a high risk target? Further more it would make the game much harder for the player than having the bank at one end of the map and the police station at the other.

11. In 'Slavatore's called a meeting' Joey's garage door is push button in two missions yet it opens by itself this time.

'Slavatore's called a meeting' is the only mission where you are given a vechicle of inside Joey garage. The large door is automatic and that's just a small door that opens in the other missions. The small door is apart of the large door.

10. All of Toni's notes to Claude are the same prop from 'don't spank ma bitch up'

It would take up too much memory if the game has to generate new props for every mission.

  15. (plot hole) In 1986 Tommy Vercetti kills Sonny Forelli. In 1992 CJ kills every Forelli in St. marks Bistro...Claude kills a Mike Forelli and crushes a dead one...how may Forellis does a group have to kill before the legacy dies???

Yeah but Sonny was in Vice City. You only said every Forelli in St. Marks Bistro (I'm assuming that's in SA) not every Forelli in the entire series of GTA.

    16. (deliberate) Slow moving Senior Citezens run pretty quick for thier age when violence erupts.

Don't judge a book by it's cover.

19. Police officers ignore gang wars and other serious crimes commited by peds...but the second Claude fires a pistol a law is broken.

Maybe that's because the game is centred around Claude not everyone else in the city.

27. Since its Claudes responsiblilty to have made sure Rays squeler is dead why does he have to pay Claude a second time?

Expenses?

31. Kinda silly to ask but if Donald love has his "secret" already why bother moving it too shoreside vale just to decoy it back out?

He wanted to keep Claude busy so that he would know where Donald went.

32.At the end of 'grand theft areo Asuke appears out of nowhere you don't even hear the lift go up or down.

You don't need to know very bit of detail in the game.

33. At the end of 'grand theft areo' a Yakuza car is shown as if it blasted through 2 walls but has no damage at all to the front.

Maybe just for that cutsence it was an everything proof Yakuza Stinger.

35. In the last mission theres no room anywhere nearby for a helicoptor for Catilina to board that quickly.

It's just a game, it doesn't have to make prefect sense.

36. (entire game) why are they referred to as "police bribe icons" when they don't cost any money?

You don't need to know very bit of detail in the game.

37. (PS2 to XBOX) Salvatores cigar is removed from the Xbox version but you can still see it in hes left hand in 'last requests'

38 (PS2 to XBOX) catilina has a tatto on her lower back but doesnt have one on the PS2 version.

They changed the pc version of the game a bit to make it a bit more interesting.

40. How does Clause get his money back after the fact he blows it up along with Catilina?

Maria probably pays him.

41. D-Ice must be the biggest thing in Liberty City since Claudes allowed to just drive to Saint Marks without no problems whatsoever.

That only happens if you don't piss them off.

43 .In the mission where you have to kill Yardies selling SPANK, none of them are actually 'selling it', they are just hanging around shooting at you if they see you. - presidentkiller

You don't have to see them dealing the stuff, he just wanted to piss the Yardies off.

44. In "Bling Bling Scramble", King Courtney says that he's got man watching all the checkpoints in Staunton, yet you don't see any Yardies near those checkpoints...-presidentkiller

45. In the opening cutscene, when the Cartel are opening the Enforcer and get the old oriental man, they don't mind about Claude and set him free, even though he was Catalina's (the Cartel's boss) boyfriend and they should expect some kind of 'revenge' from him...-presidentkiller

What about undercover people? You see alot of people walking around during that mission. Couldn't some of those be the people he's talking about.

Nah, I just knew that and wanted to post it, that's all... in fact some of these "glitches" or "mistakes" are funny when you think about it... tounge.gif

Anyway, here's another one (like D-Ice's mission in St. Marks)...

In the mission "Trial by Fire" from El Burro, even if the Triads are already angry at you (after Toni's missions), they won't care about the fact that you're sneaking around attempting to roast them to death with a flamethrower...

I know no games perfect I did this out of fun i'm a huge fan of moviemistakes.com so I thought it would be kinda interesting to try it on Video games. I might start the very first Video game mistake site...iv'e checked thousands of times and found one small page of mistakes found in NES games but nothing new since then. I might start a thread in gaming chat but I'm actually gonna require a Mod or Admin's permission first.

If you didn't know, it's possible to jump off the roofs of buildings. It doesn't have to happen, though. I just remember in VC, I jumped of a damn high building and only lost 50 armor whatsthat.gif .

Another thing we don't want to see in the game.

Wtf, that's stupid, how the hell would the people get out of the car in time if the car caught fire if all the doors were locked? I don't think most people in real life would be that stupid.

I'm talking about if GTA was like real life. Do you drive around with your doors unlocked? I sure as hell hope not. Besides, people aren't expecting their car to catch fire, are they?

We drive around with our doors unlocked. If you crash your car and can't move, then it's better if you have doors unlocked because then the fire crew/paramedics can get into your car.

So was I. I don't know about other countries by in Australia hardly anyone drives with their door locked.

I think I'm moving to Australia... tounge.gif

Seriously, you almost need an armored car here in Mexico City... wow.gif

We don't have as many guns or stupid people in Australia than they do in the USA or other countries like that.

We don't drive with doors locked because we don't expect a moron would car-jack us like Claude or Tommy did in GTA. At the same time, those car-jackers may assume that we have our doors locked so they won't do anything to us even we stopped in front of the red light. Shifty41s_beerhatsmilie2.gif
