The latest I heard was that they added 10 extra cars for the PAL version. Now I don't even know if I want the release date pushed forwards or backwards. I mean the ps3 will be more "powerfull" than todays computer.......anyway im probably crazy, start to think about GT5 when i dont even have GT4 yet someone hit me ! Just not developed it for this latest release. Seems plausable. I wouldn't play the online version on PS2 anyway. Still aint got my PS2 yet! Knightmare Posted February 23, 2005 Share Posted February 23, 2005 Playing around in photo mode, you can save straight to a thumbdrive to transfer onto PC: Theres a LOT of stuff to play around with in photo mode, for the inner photographer in all of us. The game is a lot of fun. If you have a GT3 game save, you can import up to 100k in credits, and the A and B licenses. To keep it challenging, I decided not to. There are three used car lots, and dozens upon dozens of car manufacturers. Over 650 cars total! The new track additions are fun and challenging. My only gripe so far is the autosave thing, and you need your memory card plugged in to change cars. No more buying/testing cars, once you buy something, if you ever want to use it, you HAVE to save. Theres no other way. I was pretty strapped for cash. I dumped all my money into a Skyline for the FR races, and got smoked. I had no where to turn except to repeat a bunch of races, earn some cash and find another ride...or so I thought. As far as customization, I'm assuming you want the zomg nfsu2 ricer answer and not the car tuner answer...you can buy rims and wings. You can buy cars that are somewhat riced out, but as far as taking a car and ricing it out, the most you can do is get some wheels and a wing, change the color. NOS is available as well this time around. Each car manufacturer has a tune shop for their cars, plus theres a general tune shop which has 15 aftermarket tuners (HKS, etc.) where you can tune your car as well.
