Secrets & Easter Eggs

If you look into a patch of rocks in the water with a sniper, there's a man with boxers. I think it's somewhere near Leaf Links. I haven't tried it, but someone said it's real.

It's round, brown... so it must be chocolate!

Too bad Easter isnt here. Oh well, I'll print it and show it to everybody on easter!

Kidding. tounge.gif

Here's another easter egg:

By the prawn island bridge, there's a sunken reefer. It's not solid, but I can go underground and take a screenie of it. confused.gif

@WTP129, yes. All the interiors are in PS2 except the Greasy Chopper and those. The submarine, sunken ships are there and so are the cement boots guys.

If you have a cheat device, then you can get to the Greasy Chopper on the PS2 version. Enable the "Walk Through Walls" Cheat and go to Apartment 3c. Go through the wall and go to the Greasy Chopper then walk through the wall. That's all you have to do.

If you have PS2, Greasy Chpper won't show inside the Greasy Chopper. Could you give us a screenie? I don't get what you're saying. confused.gif

I think what he is saying that the outside cannot be loaded to see the inside of the greasy chopper-- so he entered 3c, used a gameshark (or something) to go through walls to exit (rather then the doorway which would load the outside stuff) and found the greasy chopper interior was loaded in the proper location.... this sounds sort of like how they did the interiors in SA--- must be different for the PC version.

You might be able to check out interiors using the ghost world trick for PS2-- not sure....only other way (without a cheat device) would be to find an interior wall that isn't solid--- maybe take a PCJ in the mansion and do some tricks-- if you can get out with out loading the outside, you might be able to find the interiors on PS2 (without a cheat device)....might bear some investigation.

Where does the Courier go? I always shot her down- usually before she even touched the ground from the heli sly.gif

Anyways, I found this weird/cool thing for VC (I know it works in PC, don't know about others). In your room in the Ocean View Hotel. trying jumping on top on things then into the wall. I somehow went through the wall and was "inside" the hotel, but not in any rooms that had any graphics. It was odd.

I don't see how the trees and street lights can be considered glitches. The trees look like ordinary potted plants to me. And in my town, nearly all the street lights are planted in dirt, even the ones next to the paved roads.

Why is is that in DarkGTA's pictures, that the top right hand corner shows up stats like it does in San Andreas?

Also, if you crash a bike into the strip club, then ride out on it, you go to the interior universe/Invisible universe.

@Cuban, Yes. Those are my pics to prove that they are not on just his game, but everyone elses game.

and about your bike trick, good find. The same goes with Apartment 3c except without a bike.

A few questions regarding the Hidden interiors on the PS2 version.

I'm pretty sure the first one has been answered by a couple of posts here, but I'd just like to confirm it:

1. Do these work the same as the 'Heavens' in San Andreas. I mean - If I enter an interior (let's say the Malibu) and use a walk through walls cheat. Hopefully this will take me back outside without triggering a reload of the exterior.

So I should now be in a world (not 'heaven' because I'm at ground level) where only the interiors loaded at the same time as the Malibu are visible. If so this is very interesting to me.

If that is true, then could someone answer this -

2. Do we know how many 'worlds' there are?

In SA we have 18 different 'heavens' (groups of interiors). Is this just as complicated or is it as simple as 2 worlds. One exterior and One interior.

Judging by the first few PC based posts it might be 3 or more because Rosie's office didn't load with the same patch as some of the others.

3. I'm using a PS2 PAL UK version of AR Max. On the supplied disc it has 3 different sets of codes for Vice City (UK). Vice, Vice (revised) & Vice (revised2).

My VC game only loads with the revised2 cheats. This is the version which so far doesn't contain the Walk thru Walls cheat. Can anyone help? (same cheat for gta3 too if you have it).

-------------

BTW: I tried the bike trick with the Mall, Hotel, Malibu and others. I can get motorcycles and scooters inside but when I ride them out again I'm just in the normal game world. Am I missing something?

1. I don't know how it works-- you can see some interiors but not others using the look through walls with a rocked launcher-- when exteriors are loaded-- I don't know what happens when interiors are loaded-- if you have a jetpack code, try going through ceilings when inside, maybe they didn't add collision data up there.

2. I don't know of anyone that has explored this in depth on PS2 VC.

3. ????

Regarding the ghost world thing, try driving a golf cart into the Malibu or Mall-- and then backing back out I think thats how you load "ghost world"--lemme see if I can find where I read about this...hold on....

Spuds

***EDIT***

Ghost World

Get a caddie; bring it to the Malibu, take it in and now you'll be inside the

Malibu. Then reverse out (this will be ULTRA HARD) and you'll be outside... in

a ghost world... no pedestrians, no cars... no keepy-uppy-beach ball... no

nothing...

I'm not sure if the buildings are loaded or not, but I was told at one time you can find the hidden packages and ramapages and stuff pretty easily with this so, I think not. I would check out the same places that DarkGTA found the hidden interiors in the PC version.

@Spuds725 - Thanks the Caddie trick worked perfectly. I have also entered interior ghostworlds using the Pole Position / bike trick. My big problem is with Apartment 3c.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but as it's the most recent topic to mention this trick, I'll do it here. I have searched and readthrough every post in lots of topics. It isn't that I can't find the answer, but that the answer I get doesn't seem to work.

Anyway, my problem is entering ghostworld via the scarface apartment (3c). When I read how to do it it seems simple - Drive Faggio in, drive Faggio out - and you're in Ghostworld.

Only I'm not. everytime I go through the door, whether on any vehicle or not, I get a loading screen and I'm always in a fully loaded interior or exterior.

I've tried different speeds, different angles, different vehicles. I've driven through, pushed vehicles through, caused explosions to blow the scooter through the door. Nothing seems to work. Is this glitch something that only happens in the PC version and NOT my PS2 version? (it's from the UK GTA double-pack)

I know what I should be seeing because I can see it using the rocket launcher to look through the wall.

Can anyone confirm if I've missed something?

I want to do this because apparently this interior loads in the same world as The Greasy Chopper.

I guess this is the glitch topic...

I was riding a PCJ 600 through the airport, performing some (fairly crappy) stunts, and I rode it into the underneath of a metal ramp that if it were real would fold up and down. It's by the grassy area in the West end of the airport, by the hangars and air traffic tower. Anyway, I rode into the Left side of it (from the back) and got stuck in a channel of sorts. I backed up as far as I could and tried to ram my waiy out, and my bike disappeared and I landed in one of the closed-off terminals inside the airport. Lost two armor points. Kewl.

EDIT: I wEnt back after and the bike was there, seemingly stuck. Meh.

What is underwater Vice City...that makes me think of something else what is underwater Liberty City. There has got to be like a tunnel or easter eggs or something under the waters of the citys.

My friend was just playing and he had a ton of cheats on (basically all of them) and he launched a Comet off a jump in the water, and the car wEnt under the water and hit some rocks. He got out and still had 100% health. He walked off the rocks he'd landed on, fell under the city, and came out on the bridge from Viceport to Washington Beach. dontgetit.gif

*YO! This happened to me once too... it's definently a glitch. He's refering to the metal ramps on the west side of the airport, (if you enter through the main gate by the airport BUILDING, where the metal detectors are.) One time, I too rode underneath the metal ramps and got teleported into one of the airport terminals. (Where the planes attach to the airport itself...) Freaky.

Answer to Carpetdweller's heaven question...

Yes, there are a few heavens.

Apartment 3C Heaven (walk through bathroom walls to enter)

- Greasy Chopper

- Apartment 3C

Stadium Heaven (jetpack mode)

- Hotring/Bloodring Stadium

- Auntie Poulet's House (not found yet)

Dirtbike Heaven (Jetpack mode)

- Dirtbike Stadium

- VRock Concert

Malibu Heaven (Drive caddy in and then out)

- Malibu Club

- VRock Recording Studio (found: in the sky above exterior)

Mall Heaven (walk through mall walls and should be on road)

- Northpoint Mall

- Printworks (Not found yet...)

- Ken's Office (not found yet)

Vice Heaven (You're already in it)

- Cafe Robina

- Sunshine Autos

- Hidden Warehouse at VC Docks (east island)

- Lighthouse Interior

- Hidden Bar

Those are a few heaven groups I found. The Lastest ones are Apartment 3c heaven and vice heaven

Ken's Office (the vc one) is found by using teleporting codes. It's not found in the hotel where you take missions from him.

First, download the Hidden Interiors mod and open readme.

Next, find these numbers:

141.1043549 -1366.338257 12.14267349

Then, get Lithjoes Ultimate trainer w/ Jetpack mode and open teleporter.

Put 141.1043549 in X, -1366.338257 In Y and 12.14267349 in Z.

It should look like this:

X: 141.1043549

Y: -1366.338257

Z: 12.14267349

Then save it. NOTE: You need VC On to open teleporter!

Then, press write a few times then return to game. You should be in Ken's office. You may need hIdden Interiors mod, but, thats another way.

More hacking done...

Most interiors do not load inside their own exteriors.

ex: The stadium loads high in the sky, not in the hyman interior.

ex2: Ken's office loads in a place behind ocean view, not in harrison hotel.

North point mall, I'm not sure. It seems to load high in the sky too. I'll figure that out.

Other than that, just a small update

This is just a minor bit of trivia about the northpoint mall--at least on PS2.

If you are on the roof of the mall, the game must think you are inside, because police helis will not spawn--- I spent an hour up there one day at 6 stars popping heads and not one police heli showed up.

Police Helis don't show because helicopters don't pop up when your inside an interior. They'll show if you put it's own interior inside its own exterior without walking through the doors to enter.

I've updated a few things. Greasy Chopper onlys loads in Apartment 3c or if you get a mod.

Dark GTA - Thanks for answering my questions about the heavens and especially putting them into groups.

I think there are 2 Cafe Robina's. The one you can see from the outside and the one that loads when you walk in. I haven't doen it for a couple of weeks, but I think you can get to the 'outside-world' one by going through the door on a bike. If you enter normally and use the grenade launcher to look through the wall you can see not much else is loaded.

Do you know if the bank loads in any of those heavens?

hmm, from the pics some of u have posted, ur interfaces look different... r these pc screen shots?

For an Answer to that, check out this topic

http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=161410

also check out my San Andreas section of my website

http://silver007.pisnnapalm.com/page12.htm

Also, Vice City has 1 more Sunken Ship

Go to Prawn Island, the middle lsland in the north end of Vice City

then head west to go across the bridge to head into the mainland/downtown

just as you reach the end of the bridge (after the splash loading screen) stop and look over the right side of the bridge, at the sea bottom and the foot of the bridge theres a Blown Up Reefer sitting there

the Reefer is merged to the bottom of the sea, its not an actual reefer, its simply there for detail, it will always be there

also, i think everyone knows of the 2 Broken up Sunken Tankers, one in the north, the other in the south, of Vice City, and i didnt know there was a Sub in Vice!

The bank is only seen if you change the first number in the bank.ipl to "0" or by just walking through the door.

The Love Fist Flames are seen in any heavens, but not the actual concert arena.

Their is a sub, broken ships, a hidden office at cherry poppers, a print room in "Hit the courier" or something like that and a reefer sunkin and two cement boots guy.

More hacking done.

If you put the vc hotel and the stripclub (pole position) and put it in its own interior without walking through the door, the roads won't be seen.

Answer to Carpetdweller's heaven question...

Yes, there are a few heavens ...[edit]

Apartment 3C Heaven (walk through bathroom walls to enter)

- Greasy Chopper

- Apartment 3C

Malibu Heaven (Drive caddy in and then out)

- Malibu Club

- VRock Recording Studio ...[edit]

Those are a few heaven groups I found.

Where is the recording studio supposed to be after leaving the Malibu?

I left a sparrow outside Malibu, did Caddie trick and re-entered the sparrow. I then flew to the studio exterior location, but i can't see it. I've stood right in front of it. I've looked through my sniper rifle zooming in and out and all around. I can see the door, bikes and bouncer from the Greasy Chopper. I can see the fires from the concert down the road. I can see fire trucks, police cars, helicopters and some high faint posters for the Hyman Stadium. But I can't see any studio in this location. (PS2 version)

Sorry to keep bringing this up, but does anyone know what i'm doing wrong with 3c?

Am I right in saying you can't normally visit the bank vault after the mission?
