I've acquired my license legally I paid my fees like everyone else, YET EVERYTIME I GOTO GET AN AIRCRAFT THAT TOSSER GIVES ME LIP AND RIPS INTO ME so i refuse to go further without getting out and opening his face with a sawnoff shotgun shell, or my 9mm. First of all, if you didn't already know. Drug dealers only appear in Gang Territory. And I think they appear more near the end of the game than early on. But Drug Dealer 1 has a black tank top, grey pants, and a black skully kinda thing. Also has a gold chain i believe. And he carries a 9mm. However, I'm not that far into the game, but I heard there is a hippy later on. Drug dealers will have people run over to them to buy stuff, I've even seen cars stop and the driver gets out and runs up to him. And if you do the territory glitch, you'll see some drug dealers in SF. Usually the biker, he wears the "biker jacket" that you can buy at victim. I always kill drug dealers before one of my gang members can get to him, I've never let it happen, but I read that if they buy some you won't be able to recruit them. (Damn crackheads.)
