I never knew that, being from the other side of the Atlantic... I even searched the web a few months ago for J. Arthur and Cable company and so on, no results. Thanks for clearing it up!

I was looking through the game files and I found this:

 

It's in the cutscene.img file...It appears to be a reference to Zippo lighter...although it's a very small reference. Zippo's Website.

 

Rockstar also fixed the DFT-30. The missing wheel is back...I think...It's been a while since I've played.

To get the car you were busted in go to the local city police station (LSPD, SFPD, and LVPD) and enter the garage with a police vehicle. Drive down to the very end of the garage to find your car you were busted in.

I found a cool little secret that I call 'Walking dead'. I dont know if this has been found yet or not but here it goes.

 

When you go inside the LS downtown Ammunation, and put the satchel charges on the side of the army dude, and blow the bombs up... he will be standing up and he will be dead, when you lock on to him it will be black.

 

I shot him like a billion times and he still was standing up.

I have another probable easter egg. There is a barbershop in Seville in Los Santos (actually the name was something like Playa del Seville). Could it be linked to the opera The Barber of Seville (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Barber_of_Seville)? It is a very weak reference, and not very funny, but still, maybe it isn't a coincidence.

BTW, if you enter the barber's and turn around, facing the door, you will see that both windows are transparent. You can see one fire extinguisher through each window, revolving in the hidden interiors universe.

Just been driving past las venturas airport when i spotted the car park signs on the entrance hut, the signs (2 of them) which are on the hut at the entrance to the airport carpark are back to front. Probably not an easter egg but they are the wrong way round. Also in san fierro there is a garden center called Uphill Gardener, just wondered if anyone has already mentioned what an uphill gardener is?

I whas looking true some txd files and came acrouse 2 pictures of cats...

also saw many pictures from outside locations...

 

the 2 pictures of the cats are located in the mp3.txd file in gta_int.img

 

in the mp3.txd file you can also find some photos and 4 img. of frames...

and 3 other img. think titles (one vicecity title (kinda box art))

 

are those cats located ingame ? in a house or so in a photoframe ? or just there for fun ?

That is correct, that is the midget from the mission "A Home in the Hills" but he was only used for a cutscence.
