In newest Texas Chainsaw Massacre,(call it TCM for now) near the end, When the girl is running away from Leatherface, She runs into a Factory. The Panopticon is home for the San Andreas Leatherface, and there is a big factory in Blueberry which could be the facory as in TCM.

Wheelchair:

In one of the of the original TCM's a victim was in a wheel chair.the wheelchair on Fishers Lagoon can be the wheelchair the victim had.

 

Fishers Lagoon:

In one of the original TCM's the Police Department is called Fishers Lagoon PD. the area in which the wheelchair is foud is also called Fishers Lagoon.

 

Panopticon:

Is named after a real life prison called The Panopticon. The prison was specially designed so the guards can watch the prisoners without the prisoners knowing they are being watched.

 

The word "Panopticonic" is an Adjective meaning "All Seeing" or "Forever Watching"

 

The Panopticon Killer:

If you go to the panopticon (in game) at night, sometimes, you will hear chainsaw sounds. If you wait there long enough, you will be chased down by a chiansaw holding guy. He will try to kill you.

Some time he will be standing somewhere not holding a chinsaw. When you target him with a weapon, a chainsaw will automatically appear in his hand and he will chase you. If you bump into him while he is standing there he will say things like:

 

"Piggy!''

"I'm Gonna Get you, Piggy"

 

The Panopticon is east of Easter Basin Airport,By the town of Blueberry,in the northwest-most part of the Countryside above Los Santos. Look for the brown area on the map with white squares in it.

 

The Panopticon is very spooky, something about the name sounds evil...

ok. the stuff about the prison is true.

 

He may not be leatherface, but there is a crazy hick sometimes in the panopticon. he only shows up when its raining or fog at night.

 

at my other message board site (gamefaqs) a bunch of people found the pedestian stats for him.

 

we found it by digging through files on our PC by putting San Andreas (PS2) in our DVD dive in our PCs.

 

i can remember a couple ting from thr stat file.

He had a 5/5 for agessiveness

and a 5/5 for run speed

 

and his spawn point was in panopticon

 

you can for shure find him any time if you put in the

 

chaos mode cheat+always midnight cheat

 

go to panopticon this time, but there will be a guy with a knife stalking you in stealth stance trying to get behind you.

the belived spawnpoint is in the old shack by the road and the chaisaw. the shack on the left.

I once put in the never hungry cheat and went to the panopticon i stood in the middle of the panopticon. put down the contorller and went to the kitchen and ate dinner. when i got back, i was standing outside a hospital.

I cant be bothered messing with quotes so Ill just read off the things here.

 

Firstly TCM is not set in LA. Everything happens some way out of any urban areas.

 

Panopticon is called that for a reason. It's the only spot in the game where you can see all three areas (LS,SF and LV). So you are in the center and seeing everything. Kind of like the prison tower where you can see all the inmates (there is a level in Silent Hill 4 with one of these, if it sounds familiar to anyone).

 

There is nothing spooky about the name panopticon. Panoptic= 'showing or seeing the whole at one view.'

 

You dont find the phrase 'panoramic view' spooky as well do you?

 

as for this killer. I know the ped you are referring to, because I was shown an article which showed him. The guy with a beard and red farmers shirt right? Looks quite odd, like that bald guy. Well, I can tell you now he doesnt spawn only at the Panopticon, because I always see that ped driving a tractor or even riding a bike in parts of Las Venturas! The notion of him spawning by the logging area with a chainsaw is purely fictitious. And as for these quotes, I think you have been looking at one easter egg site too many.

 

If it isn't on this list, it's 98.9% likely not to be in the game. People here dont put things on lists because you say they are there. This list is dependant on evidence, not testimony.

 

I dont doubt he could spawn with a chainsaw if you put the peds have weapons cheat on though. Which makes giving credibility to this even more doubtful.

but if you check the files through the DVD drive you will see. It is not a special ped, but a modification of one. In other words, using the same ped model, but with different stats.

 

just try going to panopticon with Chaos mode and always midnight. you will see a ped with a knife trying to stalk you with stealth.

 

I remember that thursday was one of the days.

 

(i don have a DVD drive but alot of people on GameFaqs were talking about it. Go and ask some one on GameFaQS)

 

I can say tis could be false.

 

All of the stuff i posted was based on stuff i heard on Game Faqs, i thought it was correct because there were alot of people on that site who believe this stuff. I even seen screeshots of the guy with the knife

 

but i have not seen this psyco hick in the panopticon. But one time i was waiting for him to show up. and i hit R1 i targeted on to somthing i shot what ever it was.

when i inspected to see what it was i shot, i found no dead body, but i found a chainsaw and a pool of blood.

yes there is. it is the cheat that activates the riots like towards the end of the game where there are people running around, some carrying tv's, random black smoke,people fighting each other, alot of carjackings.

but there still are some things we haven't found out, just like R* said.

R* was talking about some big secret. we need to focus on that.

The big secret could be just a marketing scheme so we just keep playing.

No, I dont know if theres a chaos cheat, I know what chaos mode is though. However, if you have a cheat enabled, the game isnt acting normally is it? You have hundreds of peds running around and fighting. So this guy is no more exceptional than the ped outside the gym in Ganton with a shotgun (hypothetical) etc etc.

DapeoplezCHAMP made these same arguments on this topic months ago and was shutdown then too. He doesn't have any new evidence and is clearly talking out his backside.

 

The Panopticon is the farmland area north of Los Santos, Godcell, and so named because you can see all around from it.

 

The PSYCHO stat in the ped folder refers to BEHAVIOR, not a certain ped. When you hit someone's car and they get out wielding a baseball bat and try to attack you, they are now using the psycho ped behavior.

 

There is no leatherface or bigfoot, please stop bringing it up.

Possible link to the Fisher's Lagoon wheelchair, or whatever wheelchair it was that had numbers on it: has anyone gotten a look at the wheelchair Johnny Sindacco was in during the mission "The Meat Business" in Las Venturas? I meant to take a quick peek, but I was too busy keeping Rosie from getting locked in the frickin freezer.

 

I'm not sure if the wheelchair can even be found in the mission, I think you get kicked out of the area where he has a heart attack, or whatever happens.

Oh, you can trust the guys at the GameFAQ forums 100%. We all know they're the most knowledgable people around.

 

That's bullsh*t because spawn information is not stored in any of the data files. Spawning is controlled by linear paths set out as pure coordinates, with individual GROUPS of peds controlled by zoning in the mission script. Additionally, all of the custom pedstat lines use the default values. Any mission created pedestrians behave no differently to normal peds in terms of aggressiveness, speed, etc.

 

Don't listen to people from GameFAQs. They're retards flaunting their ability to read a text file as complete knowledge of the underlying systems of the game.

 

Next person to bring up Leatherface/Bigfoot/UFOs is getting temp banned. We don't need this perfectly legitimate topic getting spammed with this unbelievable bullsh*t.

Sam, the wheelchair can only been seen during the cinematic on that mission unfortunately. I don't think you get close enough to see the wheels but then again I see know reason the programmers would intentional make two different wheelchair graphics when one should suffice.

lol agression/temper is stored in a cfg file in LC, dunno but i think it's the same in SA. but speed and such is the same for all.

but if it isn't a regular/traffic-ped, it must be created by the script. and also instructions like attack a player, or their inventory is set by the script, too. so to prove there's no such ped i think we need to wait until we find all opcodes for SA

once on a police bike on cb i heard a cop say "a couple of kids mountain biking at mount chiliad! repeat: people having fun! stop it at once!"

another cop answered quickly with "i'm on it", of course.

 

 

this isn't really an easter egg, rather a bug: somewhere around mount chilliad (not far from san fierro), the collision model is different than the 3d model on the ground. it's useful because you can walk into the ground without falling through (it has a collision model but it's flat where it shouldn't be.. lol) and you can look around and see for example where the city is. i took some pix but accidentally overwritten it, i'll keep looking and take some pix once i find it again.

I dont kow what you are saying, but i joined GTA forums only 2 days ago. Who ever that was who posted the stuff about leatherface before, but that is NOT me. The first time i had EVER joined this site was only 2 days ago. Our user names are purely coincedental
