I went inside 4 a while then when I came out a lampost I knocked down had respawned thru my car. When I tried to move I was hit by a plane. Oddsock Posted July 17, 2005 Share Posted July 17, 2005 scrumps, I have a similar story. I was on top of Mt. Chiliad, waiting for plane crashes, when a cropduster flew over. Chrisdragon Posted July 18, 2005 Share Posted July 18, 2005 Somewhere between the north mountains of LS and the Burger Shot, some plane (I think it was medium sized or small) crashed into the mountain and fell onto the street, wasting like 4-5 cars in the process, I think it was a rustler I believe. Heard this explosion whilst I was in the crane, turned round to see a plane had exploded and landed on the body/bike of the policeman at the bottom of the quarry.. I was on the last Quarry mission and I heard an explotion and I got the "mission failed", then I got out of the crane and I saw a plane over the truck. jonconnor Posted July 31, 2005 Share Posted July 31, 2005 I know it's been talked about before, but I still am convinced I can shoot down one of the jetliners if I'm up high enough. I was at one of the houses in a residential area of LV, and hopped on the roof of the house as an Andromeda flew overhead. I quickly sent a heat-seeker at it--to my surprise, it hit, causing the plane to spiral and smoke. Unfortunately, it vanished from view before I could see it fall. I've tried waiting atop skyscrapers for more planecrashes, but none seem to spawn when you're up that high. And as I've posted before, it's quite fun to stand near The Big Ear and shoot down low-flying planes, catching snapshots of the crash and burn. I heard the big bang and i turned around that there was fire and a wasted war plane. and 2 min l8er a dodo crashed next to it. weird, Did you experence any plane crashes? I walked out of the well stacked pizza company near grove. I heard a sputtering engine, and looked behind just in time to see a plane crash and explode. 51L3N7 4554551N Posted July 31, 2005 Share Posted July 31, 2005 I recently had another one where i was being chased by the two hydras in the air with my 6 star wanted level, and so i flew low. One of them thought they could go beneath me and therefore made an 'emergency landing'. The other one was too slow and when i came up to the cliffs by bayside marina, i pulled up and it went staright into the mountainside. They just literally roll down the mountain. They explode halfway down the mountain which means even though i've got infinite health its still really annoying. I was at the cabin on the mission badlands and suddenly i hear an explosion. I turn and ahhh! theres a 10 ft long beagle coming towards me. My life flashes before my eyes (as does the beagle) and im knocked of the mountain in mid-explosion, tumbling with the plane like a landslide and there you go.
