@Mod Star

You might want to consider reversing faces on the blue planes. It's a good habit to have the front faces facing what the "real world" which the user will see. It's usually not a problem, but I've known cases in which people had to scrap nearly entire models because they were having problems with texturing somehow later on. Just saying that it's usually better to flip the faces back to the front. In SketchUp (which is what I think you're using, correct me if you wrong) go under View>Face Style>Monochrome, whatever faces are blue, select them and right click, there should be an option to reverse faces.

 

Oh and Gostown, how's the engine working/running?

Well, its my first map model in game, its so fookin bright, and when CJ stand on it, he is getting dark any suggestions? Also its too big, im gonna to cut it to smaller parts.

This is just a slightley higher poly version of the "Sex Club Seven" from GTA III, enjoy. Not finished yet though.

i think i'll make a future city that is build on water. here are some models for the TK. the blue building is not mine but i will start building realistic buildings inside it whit 2 main streets, the textured building is my first sk model. So here's what i wanna do : -roads will be suspended by hover ballsand semitransparent -mode buildings on water -a pyramid city and other cool stuff. I want to make high poly models.

Who can help me whit this ? biggrin.gif i will make the tk for vc or sa.

You'll need to go with 3dsmax. And make you collision files the proper way.

Actually those errors can be fixed, you just need to export 2 3ds files (One for DFF and other for Col) and with the Col delete all texture holding lines, and any unneeded faces... colgate.gif Works for me.

im new to sketchup and its a ultra wip tounge.gif

 

needs proper roof, windows, door handle, proper sized door, garage, real textures etc.

Its slightly boxy.... I love your GTA III remodelling Nabo. You should get straight into Max Bumster, or you will get used to doing it the Sketchup way, therefore making it harder to learn in the future....
