1000 isn't all that much depending on the target platform. It's all about the distribution of your polygons across the model. If you're building a low poly building (like yours) you would likely opt for a flat plane with a texture instead. If a building is 20k tris without a sign, then add 3k for a sign, it doesn't make much of a dent overall.

 

But if you insist, if you use 0 steps and the Arial font, you get this @759 tris. You will have to add a few edges to the 'e' and 'o', so it isn't so square. You could also start with 1 step and remove edges.

I also removed the polygons on the back side, that will be against the building.

- the ads couldn't be converted probably because of different hierarchy in WDR compared to YDR

 

- I did not add any interiors

Also, if that's really FiveM map loader, wow...

I remember converting it and everything was messy and not working properly. (Mipmapping, LOD's, etc...)

I decided to do a complete texturing of GTA 3 for myself.

Below are some prints:

And yes, it is an extremely simple but complete texturing, I did so to finish as quickly as possible.

Started last week and INDUSTSW is already 98%

(I used some of your textures if you do not agree with that just to tell me that I remove immediately if you give me A LICENSE to use of course I'll give you credit)


Frankly I do not know if I share my files, initially I would share only with some friends.



BTW my work was acceptable?

Obviously it's not perfect, but I think it was nice.

Post some more screens from the distance like this one please, it looks really nice

 

LC downtown seems bigger and more massive on V, also a lot of details stand out more on V engine

As I remember, FiveM didn't support any mods, I would like to see VisualV combined with LC.

It did, but the way of installing them was weird AFAIK.

 

 

I definitely know I played FiveM on a Japanese togue map using VisualV + motion blur.

I noticed the map doesn't have any props (which I realized is why it looked off for some reason). Are you working on that now or the interiors? Still, amazing job dude!

E.g. Lowriders DLC unload parts of map where Benny's garage is located and game read new content with modified buildings, so I guess we're able to run LC as an added map.

Even if they don't have breakable props conversion, they are still able to convert normal ones, totally doable.

I moved your post to this thread, as you were hijacking another mod's thread.

Anyway, you should contact dingleman through PM about using his textures.

but you can 'add maps' even to the main level meta, and these map changesets that initialize dynamically would require a code change anyway as the only ones supported by default are GROUP_MAP_MP/GROUP_MAP_SP if I remember correctly
