They combined models on their map so they can have better optimization. GTA III can't hold the whole VC map due to the IPL limit, and on the mobile devices, there is no limit adjuster. Replace the first three letters of the dff+col name with "LOD" (example = LODmple) and set the draw distance higher than 300 and it becomes an lod.
