Hidden Interiors via the Ganton Gym!

Where did you find those? I know nothing about this stuff. But I'd say that looks like a list of parts that are used to build an interior rather than single interiors.

Someone who knows what they're talking about will correct me soon.

EDIT: Oh - you edited to include those.

@wtp... good find and good work on that stadium. good you looked thru the ipl file... carpet, those are each little things that make the whole interior. WTP... i'm actually impressed and proud. cookie.gif for you... damn, i haven't handed one of those out in a while... I'm guessing carpet's chalking that as 118.

@LAPD... i don't think we'll be figuring out a new way to land in Liberty City with JUST the jetpack. Although I believe there is a link between jumping and the jetpack.

@edison... i noticed the unlimited jetpack cheat for GS also helps CJ jump a little extra distance he normally couldn't. Especially... in water.

@dazla... you might have missed it but I believe a page or two back, I posted where those back tatz were from.

@carpet... i completely understand the time thing... I haven't found a damn interior since the airport... and nothing else after it. I'm hoping Big Smoke's House was crossed out, because I heard nothing mentioned about it existing/not existing.

That's because it lowers gravity a little, and lowers it more when you hold X.

Like the advice the Q gave on Star Trek, all you have to do is change the gravitational constant of the universe.

@carpet... my guess is 118 = New stadium WTP found

so I'm gonna call from 119+

interiors I'm currently targeting... (you can see these 3 in the North Park Gym Map that edison has made) its in a previous post somewhere.

[everyone, please don't be confused... the following are written in their original terms so you can find their locations on edison's map.]

SFHSB2 purple dash near blue dot and grassy + [1092.97] has no solid floor for marker

SFHSS2 black * on northparkgymmap [1087.2] has no marker to enter

LAHSB1 red + in between purple dot and blue dash all near cargo [1091.27]

I've entered LAHSB1 via its yellow marker at around 05:28. This is definitely a burglary house we haven't seen yet. Wow. Definitely a rich house... I found one inhabitant as soon as I entered. She was standing, already awake. I was sure not to shoot her, as it might awaken other inhabitants asleep. The house is 2 floors, and its nice. I found a handgun in one bedroom on the first floor, and also found this house to have 2 bathrooms. I found one inhabitant asleep upstairs. Very nice house.

"Lahsb1" is between marker 79 [D], and 94[A]. Check edison's northpark gym map. (its on a previous post somewhere)

I then visited SFHSS2 and can say this...

This was the sh1ttiest house I've ever visited. The damn thing was about 4x-5x as big as the wardrobe. it had 2 inhabitants, and once they saw me, they didn't even fret much. they actually stood up, ducked for a little while, then sat back down in their chairs in the living room. LOL. Like they ain't have sh1t for me to take.

I was completely unable to find the interior to SFHSB2... considering it had no solid floors near it... maybe it just wasn't there. last minute deletion? I know I was checking the right place thanks to edison's weapons budget altimeter.

After that, I continued about my way, looking for RCPLAY [1041.5]

I found RCPLAY, but it wasn't what I expected it to be. It was Zero's RC Shop... not the "New Model Army" interior. Also, the entire shop was empty and dark... gave it this creepy puppetmasters feeling. lol. (Actually don't know why I was shocked. I just read the window to the shop and it says RCPlay)

I also found two ammunations... one is the Willowfield Ammunation, and the other is the el Quebrados Ammunation... sorry my search ended there, as I thought entering the marker would just reload me back into the ammunation, but to my surprise, I ended up way back into the desert. LOL

So what I'm calling is this...

119: Burglary House X18[N]$ (RICH, 2 inhabitants)

120: Burglary House X19[N]$ (DIRT POOR, 2 inhabitants)

121: Zero's RC Shop

122: Willowfield Ammunation

123: el Quebradas Ammunation (wow, I never noticed how green it was)

BTW: I also checked and noticed CJ did NOT have his Ski mask on... so obviously that gets put on when the burglary missions are activated. Not in thief heaven... sorry.

@ Chaos - Once you get used to the jetpack cheat it is quite easy to control. I would suggest doing the Bistro mission again and test your flying around Portland. That way you are far up above the max height AND in the red zone, but you still have points of reference to guide you while you're still learning. There's a code to play that mission as a vigilante mission on here.

Yeah, I retried that mission with the Jetpack code that didn't work against Red Zone, ah well, twas fun walking around the Bistro again. I will try again later, since I used that confirmed Jetpack code, and now I can fly to San Fierro. biggrin.gif

*does a random dance*

It only works using the L2 and R2 buttons not X alone.

From ground level you can rise to a certain height but go no further just pressing X. If you hold X and either L2 or R2 you will fly upwards in that direction. Alternating between these will take you upwards while staying in roughly the same spot. Using L2 or R2 will strafe you left or right at a fairly constant level. Adding X or SQUARE will rise or lower you as you travel. Have the parachute on before the jetpack and you will have an altimeter. But that doesn't work above maximum height. Have certain guns selected to be able to aim your view with L1. Using the right analogue stick to angle your view while strafing will allow you to see forwards.

Using those controls allows me to fly anywhere.

BTW: I've been trying the Bistro mission with the 'No doors on cars cheat'. It does allow you to drive Forelli's car. I'm determined to get it on to the streets. Not that i'd be able to go far. Using the walk through walls code allowed me to get it through the back wall. You have to turn it off quick so you don't fly through the floor. On my last attempt I didn't brake in time and went through the next wall and fell. I'm hoping if I can stop it tot that point where you can jump through, then I can get it across the gap and land on the street. Anyone know if the flying cars cheat would help or hinder this?

EDIT: When I said hinder I was actually thinking that it might drag me down to the max height level. I can safely say it doesn't as I easily cleared the street. I did have a run-up, so if I reduce that it should be possible as long as I can control the landing.

Yep, figured out the controls when flying around Liberty City. I had to use R1 to lift off from the ground first, but afterwards I was able to fly around Liberty City with ease, awesome. biggrin.gif

Also, tried this code...

UAX8-ADV9-BRDGH

PRCE-EJNY-6FFAR

QAKX-21NM-R5DME

8CB2-AV76-ZHMP9

PM9U-ZEDA-DTWWB

And I can only activate it in game, but afterwards I can't switch it off. This is the best one so far but it dosen't really help.

Also, I went into the shooting range at Ammunation and the people inside can't be killed, even though they can be shot. Anyway, when I do get the 'Walk Through Walls' code to work, I'll be off to look for all the interiors found so far, no matter how long it takes. lol.gif

Haha, nice.

I think it'd be easier to explore heavens by visiting their normal locations, for example; getting to Wardrobe Heaven would only require walking into the Wardrobe at a safe house, and then flying through the wall.

Of course, that must have been mentioned before.

Yes. It is easier to travel the heavens by just entering through a marker in exterior world.

I suppose we're clinging on to the gym entrance because it was fact that you didn't need codes that made this topic so good in th first place. I suppose we could just call off the hunt for interiors via the gym and make a final map of just those accessible from it.

We would then start fresh and just try to find verything and the topic would be about mapping them all. If we by chance find connections to the other heavens then these can be noted and the old maps updated. That is kind of how a lot of us are doing this at the moment.

I was going to add that we might have a heaven that doesn't contain an interior that can b accessed from the real world, but I just checked and they all do appear to have at least one.

We still do need the Gym though as the main source of entering different interiors, because not all interiors can be acessed without the use of a cheat device. Besides, the Gym is like a royal gateway to a new world... or something (which it is). Heh heh. biggrin.gif

Each heaven would require a separate map though wouldn't it, so far? I think that they can be colour coded (as edison's map), or even coded by letters, maybe both.

Oh, and can anyone get this code working?

It's suppose to freeze the screen when you press L3 and up on the D-Pad, which is useful for taking pictures, but no luck so far.

I'll try that later. That would make it a lot easier than my current set-up for taking pictures while hovering in the jetpack. That usually has me holding L2 down with my mouth while my right hand takes care of holding R2 and the right stick and my left hand operates the camera.

I'm scared that one day you'll all see my reflection in the tv and wonder who the dopey sh*t is that's bending over and trying to eat his playstation.

Here's another crazy little thing about San Andreas:

You know how any car you store in the Doherty garage is still there but invisible in other worlds? [e.g. you drop from gym heaven and go to the SF garage]

Well, after driving around the Bistro for a while I turned the flying cars cheat back on and flew it down to the garage from Liberty Heaven. I removed my 2 invisible vehicles and drove my fully visible Forelli Sentinal inside. The doors shut. I opened them again and noticed that the damage to the car had not been fixed. The doors shut again and I went off and killed myself.

After awaking I went to the Doherty garage to see if I still had my souvenir.

I did. A fully functional, but completely invisible sentinal.

A quick trip over the road to Transfender (without modding) and it was visible again.

got myself a new car with the licence plate - 4GEDIT. (saved under a seperate file)

user posted image

--------------------------------------

EDIT: Correction - After reloading I still have the car but the plate is just the standard random numbers one. "4GEDIT" - I should have. sad.gif

This is the second time I've spent ages getting a vehicle that wasn't worth the trouble. I once managed to steal the van with the music stuff in the back from the beach party mission. After I'd got it into a garage and saved someone informed me that all of those vans have that stuff in the back (as standard). - Doh!

I believe it (!) because my game crashed when I entered that garage the first time. I wasn't in a car but I could still hear the garage door close. Then crash. It could have been some unused interior looking just like that garage though. It was just weird.

That's sweet! I always wanted to do that.

I see the doors are on. The lock/unlock doors cheat must have worked. I tested it a little and it was locking and unlocking all car doors, but I wasn't sure if that car would be special.

We're still going out of the Gym so we can have the Gym-relative map.

Carpet: You have made a discovery there by putting the Liberty City Sentinel in the garage. It sounds like vehicles may have a number indicating what heaven they'll be visible in. It might be possible to make a garage mod that switches a car to the heaven you want so it'll be visible when you get there.

If you still have the save with the Sentinel from LC in it, next time you're in another heaven you should see if it's visible. It would be interesting to check if it's still visible next time you're in Liberty Heaven, and whether it's visible or invisible in other heavens.

I was thinking of making a display indicator for what heaven number you're in. I know the game numbers the outdoors world 0 and Liberty Heaven 1. What are the heaven numbers (the game uses) for: Edit: nevermind, found it in OD's list.

Edit:

For GameShark/CB/AR2 (doesn't convert to ARMax)

@ Edison - I haven't tested the new "cars lock / unlock" code yet. The above pictures were achieved with the "cars don't have doors" cheat you sent me. The cars all still have visual doors, but the characters just move through them as if they weren't there.

I don't have a save before i visited transfender, but it would be easy enough to do again as the only difficult part is landing on the street which I wouldn't have to worry about. I'll test it.

EDIT: Great find WTP129, I'm going to check that out now.

user posted image

Edi again: I've not been here in the game so this was a cool find.

Final EDIT (hopefully): OD - on the last page you mentioned numbering the recent finds.

You listed 3 burglary houses, but when you numbered them you only numbered 2. Why? Is one an already listed interior or are you saying that one should replace Big Smoke's?

Also I'm going to check the airports again and compare them to the opening scene. The opening captionreads something like 'Francis Internation Airport - Liberty City', but surely part of that scene is CJ arriving in LS, so some must be LS airport and I've given it the wrong description.

in response to carpet's question as to why i only numbered 2 out of 3...

I know this might sound dumb... but I found the 3rd burglary house to be... unfindable...

lol. let me explain

before I entered the RC heaven, I was looking around and FOUND that 3rd house's marker... but it had NO solid floor or solid areas anywhere near it. Then, after entering the heaven it should have been (interior group 6/RC Heaven) I flew EXACTLY where that marker was... and... nothing.

I compared its height from Audiozon.ipl to the Weapons Budget Altimeter (by da great edison) and was... stumped. I couldn't number it... because... I didn't find it. LOL

Anyone who can find it... more power to you, but I spent a nice minute looking around. I KNEW I was in the right spot, at the right height... and nothing. Maybe it was just the marker left, and at the last minute, they had to delete the house?

@carpet again... LOL. Driving in LC. Nice find on the sentinel... too bad you couldn't keep the plates.

@WTP... NICE FIND. I suggest listing that interior over Big Smoke's...

[edit]

Question: Does anyone else besides me think that the burglary missions were supposed to play a bigger role in the game then normal? There's about a thousand burglary houses. I think they outnumber the safehouses. Sad, really... but I barely did burglary missions... when I needed money and I was at the bottom of the barrel, I killed the drug dealers. they always had like 2 G'z on 'em.
