A useful hint for those experienced with the jetpack in interior heavens...

@ OD - Thanks for new interior and corrections. Glad someone's checking. Updated. Thanks for cheat. That will save alot of time.

 

@ WTP - Where have you looked so far? I presume you are making full use of all the recent maps.

Edit: You added more while I was typing.

 

Can you rob the crack den? Only burglary houses get X-numbers. Safe house will be assigned Z-numbers. If it's just for the one mission it is just known as 'Crack Den' and gets a normal number (93). The house will be known as 94 (X11).

But believe me when I say todays the day we hit 100 interiors!

 

I just found 4... I'll be sending them in a minute... they are in a new heaven... which I'm searching the gym map to connect them to another one.

Finally got my Map Converter uploaded. Had to wait 7 days to be able to upload files. Anyway, here is an easy map converter if you want it.

Burgershot Map converter is pretty useless except for when in Burgershot Heaven, the regular Map Converter is usefull for a lot of heavens.

New interiors found again!

New bullsh1t heaven also... damn it.

I'll call it... Theif Heaven... I would've called it Burglar Heaven, but that would be confused with Burger heaven.

 

I've compared it to every single heaven we have, including wardrobe heaven, and NOTHING.

Scratch all thoughts of interior 49 being michelle's house. I found it.

 

2 floors... Rims and car parts everywhere.

 

Looking at this interior especially... it makes me think...

 

The girlfriend's love nests didn't have yellow markers to enter. Thats a fact. I know this because there is no EXIT/ENTRANCE door. Just a small room that leads to a staircase which leads to her room... which is quite filthy. that dirty ho...

 

Anyway, carpet, think we should start marking the bedroom interiors we applied to a "girlfriend theory" as girlfriends interiors now?

 

This room kind of seals all thoughts of the theory being correct... at least in my mind.

Question: Is the new diner 'Jay's Diner'? pics on page 13 of this thread.

 

So do we count Michelle's old bedroom as a girlfriend one? If so which one?

 

EDIT: just noticed there is another diner on page 13 that I never mapped. I'm going to have to go and check all those finds from around that time again.

Ground Interior I persume?

Starting work on the map now, going to find the locations of the interiors in that list.

 

WTP- I think somebody else had a problem with that arrow before as well, it's been know about for a while, as carpet mentioned.

Yeah - I'm kind of invading your territory by listing those already, but now that I'm listing ALL interiors I'm just putting down all those which are accessible and known. The most obvious of these are the ones that exist at ground level in the exterior world.

Yeah, I've marked most of the known ground interiors onto a map. There are obviously some that can only be entered via Ground World/Blue Hell though.

 

 

I can't remember where it is, but there is a tall office block in LS (possibly near where vagos territory starts early in the game). It has transparent windows and might have some detail inside. It may be worth looking to see if we can get inside that. maybe it's listed.

 

That building uses the same detail in every floor, there's really no point of exploring it, because I'm sure the floors will be non-solid.

Found another interior, the Chips Factory. No entry outside so you need to enter through Ground World/Blue Hell. Chip making machines missing.

 

Also, this is the Ground Interiors map so far, I'm only adding interiors that are worth visiting.

 

Also, not going too far off topic, I found another Casino while exploring through Blue Hell, it dosen't seem to be above Red Zone. Just have to see if there's a way to escape from inside.

Damn it. That Jay's Diner ALMOST looks like the Diner I found. Just can't be sure with it. The problem is... That the diner I found is more brown in color, but definitely shares the floor tiling. Except the diner I found has wooden walls... where there its definitely not wooden.

 

I would call mine just another Diner until pending investigation. lol

@barton... can't say I have. Don't know where it is. Does it keep the map skewed to the same positions as the Gym map? Or does it re-skew the map? Because it'll be incredibly useful if it can keep it to the same map we've been marking interiors with.

 

@carpet... hot damn... Another interior.... Thats gotta be over 100. LOL. And this one's in Burgershot heaven... sorry its in red zone.

I think we must be over 100 because I've noticed that I don't have SF gym listed either. I must have missed a page when I was going through them all.

 

@ Barton - Can you tell which interiors appear with which others in the same heaven? Is it possible to have a list of the interiors divided into their heaven groups?

Don't list SF gym just yet... as we don't know its location on the gym map or what heaven it was in.

As I wish we did, I can only speak for myself when I say I don't. I have a centralized map of a FEW numbered interiors, as does edison and carpet. We each haven't put together a map of ALL interiors found because we're in the process of making seperate maps for seperate heavens... as its getting too clustered with different color dots.

 

apart from that, i believe a few pages back you will find edison's... carpet's incredible keylist of all interiors by number is located here

 

and my map is here... although a bit outdated... (a bit, yeah right lol)

When you said you had an idea about Edison's new masterplan were you talking about his new cheats or a possible outcome of those?

I hope he finds something to make the jetpack go wherever you want or a 'Heaven Select' screen.

I've got an idea to make listing new finds and mapping them much quicker. It would be a simple website. A quick reference point for everyone new and old.

It would contain the current interiors list, a seperate map for each individual heaven, At least one pic of each interior. Under each pic would be a grid reference for the maps, a title and an indicator of whether you need cheats.

All the weak walls would be listed. And there would also be a brief intro and How to guide.

 

I'm fairly busy at the moment but if you can wait I'll get it done. I've started thinking about general layout and how I can vary the colors and extra imagery on each map to make them instantly recognizable.

well well... are you sure its not YOU, CARPET, devising the master plan?

 

LOL. And when I said I think i know what edison's doing, Its designing one hell of a map reading thru the Audiozon.ipl and more ipl files on the GTA:SA disc. As I was interested, i thru the GTA:SA disc in my laptop, and searched for audiozon. I found it... and it does contain coordinates (of course) but I also found other ipl files for other interiors... if i'm guessing correct... edison's searching for the coordinates on each ipl file, and searching to see if he already has them. Then maybe making a map with the coordinates/several maps... assuming he also found the file that tells which interiors load under which group (or as we've been calling them... heavens)

carpet- Great idea, should help a lot if everything is categorized into sections.

 

Just went to the warehouse area used in "The Meat Buisness" and everything inside is no longer there, when everything (except chip machines) inside the Chip Factory is intact. Heh.

Not sure exactly what you mean, but you get the world coordinates so you could create a map similar to that "audiozone" map. I just put it in the mission mod forum. It's very useful to be able to access the interiors from the new entry points at groundlevel and outside of the buildings the interiors was originally ment for because you get much more accurate information about where you're actually at, like what you're actually looking at, since the entrance to these interiors basically tells it all (usually). wink.gif

There's something odd with the KACC Military Fules warehouse, when you fly up to the metal platform, everything loads up as it would in Ground World/Blue Hell. Flying above it loads everythink up as normal.

 

I'm not sure why the platform triggers this glitch, maybe it's one object only loaded on it's own, and not part of the warehouse. That's just a bad guess of course, but still...

It's a Ground Level interior.... or warehouse.

It's not a real interior. It's in interior group 0, meaning it's not hidden, it's not locked, the screen doesn't fade before you get there, it doesn't load separately with a text, it's simply always available and viewable.

 

A real groundlevel interior are like the garages with interiors in SF. They are in interior group 1 and at exactly the same coordinates and location in the gameworld as the "shell" of it when you're outside and in interior group 0, meaning, you're not in an interior.

 

Groundlevel interiors are interiors with copies of the surrounding objects seen when you're outside. It's real interiors with windows so you can see the world outside the interior. What you're really seeing is a copy of the world outside. An example of this is the entire intro mission. The airport you see and the cutscene with the police and CJ takes place in an interior that is a copy of the game world. Can't remeber what interior group exactly, but when you're "in it", there are no cars driving around and it basically looks like Liberty since just parts of the city is in there.
