there is a Nude & XXX Shop south of the southern-most tattoo place in LS. you cant go in there, but the door is/was openable (you can tell by the sound when punching it). someone said he saw a sex shop through the mirror of a tattoo place, could this be that?

You can access that at any time just by shooting the back door off.

@chaos... atrium interior loads in Zip heaven, If i recall correctly. Although this ground interior acts differently from Blue hell, its almost basically the same thing, now that I step back and look at it.

 

@carpet... you were right. its almost the same thing. Just a wierd form of blue hell.

 

@pyro... have you been jumped yet? The first time I was looking thru the interiors of some of the houses, I was shooting the doors to see which ones would open... and next thing I knew... BAM. Back of the head... I got lean't on. This kat punched me! LOL

 

@pexeq... i was that someone... just could never look and see it again. I believe all sex shops have the same interior, as i'm pretty sure only 1 interior exists. After all, you can't enter any, and the only one you did, was chasing millie's b1tch a$$.

 

@twa... the wardrobe is located by the clothes departments (victim, suburban) while the safehouses are in a cluster far north east of that. maybe its like what carpet said... they had to make sure that the safehouse was silent? Or could it be they put all houses with sound detection... in case you ever wanted to rob sweets house, or maybe... one of your own? LOL

OD- Havn't seen it outside Zip Heaven, though you mentioned that it loads the whole thing, and that it can be seen from other Heavens etc...

 

EDIT: Damn, I guess going to the bank via Ground World is a waste of time then, didn't know the back door could be shot off...

Ok you know where that big 24/7 is? Go in front of it but don't go in and then go by the entrance of it and then go 1/4 of the way in the block that is north of it and then look around for a small skinny airplane. *It is in Liberty City Heaven*

I'd still like a map if possible. One that shows where it lines up on the in-game map.

Or at least tell me whatever the marker cross-hair runs through. It seems that it might just be in the red-zone and I need to be pretty exact if i'm gonna strafe onto it.

It's alright - i just noticed that the audio map has JetInt down as being at an unusally high altitiude. So I guess I'm going t need more than just a jetpack.

 

Good find though. Is it the one from the Freefall mission?

@ Pexeq - that's a great tool. That's going straight into my favourites.

 

Looks German to me (which is basically english with an accent). I think I can work out what 'Klicke Hier' translates into.

Go there and drop to the ground. You might see it immediately or not. Once you're on something solid, look down.

 

 

TSDINER = Truck Stop Diner = The Welcome Pump.

For this pic (taken on date at Welcome Pump) to be the same place. CJ and Helena must be sitting in the bottom left booth. I've taken a zoomed in pic with the in-game camera and it matches.

 

Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to get inside without a cheat similar to walk through walls.

Those maps are displaying the interiors in their 'correct' places?

I will have to shift all those markers to the skewed S/E position when finding them via the gym.

But it has to be said that all your contributions to this topic have moved it along another level, forcing us to evolve our search methods, inspiring new ideas and leading us all to new discoveries. I'm only just beginning to use the audio maps to find things and you're already putting out new ones.

 

I've been searching for that Welcome Pump for months. I even knew what hell it was in! A quick glance at that map combined with OD's version and I went straight there.

 

I'm now looking for the one labelled UFO, which is obviously Lil' Probe Inn. By using the new maps I've got the position and it's just a case of finding the heaven it's under.

So far I've checked - Gym, Motel,B Dup's and Zip. In most of those you can easily find the marker for the nearby base jump but no inn. In Zip you can clearly see the Inn's door, inside marker, 2 peds and a pool table. But not the interior walls or funiture. My options are still Ammu-nation and Burgershot. if it's not those then i'll have to rely on others to find it for now.

Thinking about it now: i hope I didn't give up on Zip too quickly. I actually didn't get really close because there was something blocking me. I hope I didn't have to go a little closer and then everything would appear.

Do you think we should settle on a name for the heaven reached by marker 2.

 

I'm voting for Brothel heaven because there are at least 2 in there now (if the motel is in fact a brothel) and they are the first and most striking things to see.

 

I think Blue Sky is a bit undescriptive as multiple heavens have daylight, and motel now seems to be inaccurate.
