Those 4 people have to be killed... We don't know. It lets the jetpack work.

Not true - I've activated it while they were alive. I did have trouble finding the brothel marker though.

That's because you dropped to the ground tounge.gif

The jetpack just seems to die if you leave the area above the gym, without killing the peds.

EDIT: After noticing that "SFPD HQ" is spelled out when entering it, I decided to do a search of the games .gxt file to see what other interiors there are, that we may have not found yet. Duplicates mean there are more than one place with the same name. The list:

GREEN IS GREAT

I think everyone should stop saying to fly to Denise's house, the actual location of the Yellow marker is caddy corner from Denise's House or directly across the street from the yellow building behind jerkhead, backstabbing Ryder's house. alien.gif

Am I wrong? CAN I feel free to go as high as I like?

Or can I go high but within reason.

Could someone just give me a step by step to getting to the hidden tattoo parlor?

I cannot go that far without getting stuck

THE DUFFMAN

Good work on all those place names. Does that mean that there are actually twelve 24/7 interiors out there somewhere?

Does this mean that we won't find anything NOT on that list?

Not to go against the flow, but I still think calling them "heavens" is kind of fruity. It seems to be too much of an obvious play on "hells", just because they are in the sky.

Also, about the Ghost World/Black Hell comments, look back to why we are calling it Blue Hell underneath the world. It's not blue; it's only called Blue Hell because of GTA3, in which it was very blue. Why start getting different colours of hell when (black hell) it's been called the Ghost World since Vice?

Anyways, I still think something like "universe" would fit better than heaven, but I guess that's just me.

I have to admit that my own collective term for all these alternate worlds is 'Universes'. This is how I've thought of them since I became aware of them. 'Worlds' runs a close second, with 'Dimensions' being a distant third. But when it comes to giving individual 'universes' a name - I have no problem with [slightly cheesy] titles like 'Heaven' and 'Hell'.

I personally can't see any difference in calling these 'heavens' or 'hells' compared to calling the interior universe of VC 'Ghost World'. By that I mean that they are both re-using an accepted term for one place to describe a new one. I can't see any reason for the 'ghost' in Ghost world other than the the fact it had already been used for Ghost Town in GTA3.

[NOTE: I haven't visited the Vice Ghostworld. I haven't seen pictures. I'm only basing this on the universes found in SA and what I've read in the Vice forum. So the following could be me talking complete bullsh*t]

[second Note: Some may think that about the above too]

In GTA3 the names 'Blue Hell' and 'Ghost Town' fit perfectly. BH IS a strange blue world hidden beneath the normal one. The term 'Ghost town' already exists in most of our minds to describe a distant, cut-off, unpopulated and slighlty mysterious place. The 'ghost' part also helps describe the non-physical aspect of it.

Since GTA3 these terms have just been twisted to fit whatever new environment was discovered.

My personal choice would be:

Everything from previous games to keep its accepted title.

Everything in this game be collectively known as 'Universes'.

then broken down in to subcategories of

  • Worlds - for anything with in normal reach of ground level.
  • Hells - for anywhere below ground level.
  • Heavens - for anywhere above normal airspace.
------------------------------

Anyway, this is getting away from the point of this thread. So I'd like to return to it (slightly) by making a personal request.

I'd like to find the interior for 'The Welcome Pump'.

Using the above naming process it would either be found in Liberty Hell (below ground) or Liberty World (ground level). You see some good shots of this when you first meet Catalina in the mission 'First Date', but I don't have a game at around that point at the moment.

After that you only see glimpses of it in the cut-scenes when you take dates there.

I think this is it:

This was seen after falling during the Liberty mission. I believe I am standing either at ground level or on top of a building. I couldn't seem to get low enough to access it or get a better view. [edit: took this photo long ago and haven't found it again since].

[Edit again: The red mark on the radar is Forelli in Liberty]

This is it seen on a date with Helena (she doesn't like it):

user posted image

And this is it's exterior in Dillimore:

user posted image

It probably comes under the title 'Diner'.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Padre:

I don't belive I have ever gone too high. In fact I make a point of going as high as possible before strafing in to the red-zone. However you can't see interiors if you are too high. So I find it is better to keep to (in real world terms) around 20 feet above the gym roof level while flying in the jet-pack working area.

How far have you got on your way to the Tattoos?

---------------------------------------------------------------

To All:

I hope everyone had a good Christmas / Holiday. It's funny, but I've played less games now that I'm off work.

I've gotten to Og LOC's house and a little ways out of draw distance from there.

OK So say I mark a spot on the map,go as high as I like

then I go there and stay on top of the marker and fall?

Thanks for your help here.

Oh and I've heard so many conflicting stories about cheats.

DO they or do they Not prevent a 100% completion?

I've read people saying that It absoultely does allow for 100% and such.

Oh and can your clear up why you choose to strafe onto the target?

Padre

When strafing I do exactly that. I mark a point as accurately as possible. Go high. Go to the point and drop until I see it. It is always possible to be slightly off with the marker though, so I tend to rotate as I fall to view all around me. Also - make sure you have the widest angle view selected. This is especially important for markers.

Personally, I prefer to go the PRO-LAPS then SEX SHOP then TATTOOS route.

-----

As for cheats and 100% I've no idea other than what can be seen on this site.

The greatness of GTA has always been about freedom and extras to me. There is the game. And then there are other things I MIGHT choose to do (during, after or never). I have never been the sort of person who HAS to complete it 100% and it actually came as a shock to me when i first realised that so many people feel the need to do this.

But then - 'Each to their own'.

---------------------------------------

EDIT: I strafe when entering the 'REDZONE' as you cannot fly here without extra cheats (beyond the jetpack) which I do not have. If you strafe and go high it appears to extend the length of time before the loading screen appears.

Thanks , I appears I can only maintain height for so long. My plan is to jump from

interior to interior to keep my sanity. As that method seems to be what's working.

Now The ultimate objective in this hunt of my is to get the lost tattoos as a souviner .

Now I understand that I need to enter the 10 marker for the shop to appear. I plotted a course east to reach it. I was able to get to the Strip club over the stadium, after that I must have gotten lost. I went high like you said and I looked for this marker . I started high and went low to find it. The the Loading screen appeared.

So what your saying is that I should strafe while decending to stop that load screen?

Man that thing is hard to find. I really hate the camera in this game, it's awful.

CarpetDweller

You don't have to enter 10 to get there!

I'm not even sure it would work that way.

Just go to the 'motel' marker near the gym (by denise's house on the map) and enter the motel. You can then fly out in to a blue sky world and go to the LS tattoo place. Next to that (north I think) is a yellow marker to ENTER the SF Tattoo parlor.

Skipping from one interior to another is a good idea but as long as you give short upward blasts every now and then there is no real need to land on them.

I love the camera in this game! I find it really weird in the old games now that the right stick only gives me first person view.

BTW I only strafe in the red zone. There's no real need for the accesible interiors (1-30)/

when i got the hidden tats, i did it first try without jumping from place to place. My method was to go for a little while normally in the general direction of the tat shop, then hold R1 and continuein that direction (if you hold R1 wel jetpacking, you move slowly upwards rather than slowly downwards). i stayed about the same hieght as the gym. See if that helps.

Yes. R1 + X will strafe you to the right. (L1 + X will strafe to the left).

By strafing to one side you are infact rising slightly as you fly in a direction (outside the redzone).

By simply pressing X and forward you are travelling forward and just slightly getting lower.

I've really never had a problem (except in the redzone) with just using the X method of normal jetpack flying. if you are capable of flying towards, then up and over a buildning in the 'real' world - then I can't see why there should be a problem here.

The only times i've had problems were when looking for isolated markers and that was usually because either:

• My red marker wasn't positioned correctly.

• I didn't have the camera angle wide enough to see much, so missed it.

• I was too high/low.

But there are enough visual references around the gym to guide you as to whether you are flying at the correct height. I would suggest flying high enough so that you can see all of an interior. But not so high that parts of it start fading away.

if you get lost and are not sure of your height. Go high. Mark a point on your map where an interior (you are familiar with) appears in that heaven. Then fly there, drop down until you see it/land on it. Then try again.

Another tip is simply to keep checking your position on the map and be aware of how it corresponds with those on this site. Take particular care to avoid the redzone if only using the jetpack.

If using other cheats then I believe you have to keep lowering yourself, but Edison would know more about that.

------------------------------

Update on my progress:

Haven't done much what with Christmas and all.

Tried strafing to mad doggs in gym heaven. Haven't even seen it. Tried about 3 times.

Haven't tried to get to the stadium again yet.

I've been gradually taking pics of all the interiors used in the game - the bars, the safehouses. I took quite a lot of interest in which interiors only show up for dates (mostly diners). Strangely both Katie and Michelle each have a different diner near them, but they both share the same interior. Michelle's could be anything from the outside as it's just a normal looking building. I find this strange because they don't live that far from each other. Maybe it was originally designed that you could take Michelle to the diner by Katie's, but then later thought that this was just a bit too far. So they put an extra marker in for that diner.

Off topic:

I went on a date with Michelle to Gaydar Station (the club in Queens) and danced her socks off. On leaving I entered the yellow marker and when it reloaded all I could see was Michelle outside the club. Then I noticed CJ's head looking through a window and rotated the camera to see myself in that dark area behind the doors.

Eventually Michelle came through the doors and joined me. I saw that the right (from inside) door swung freely and I was able to exit. This happened to anyone else?

1st... Merry Christmas and get ready for that New Year. Get some bottles ready.

@greenoozie - I use denise's house as an EASY way to find the marker... I bet you found it when I said denise's house. If I would have said on the south east corner of the block denise lives on, I would have read a thousand posts about... "Where is it? How can I get the secret 1337 tatz0rz!"

@padre - no one's really gonna get a step by step, due to the fact your gonna have to fly from interior to interior to get there safely... unless you feel like flying directly to marker 19... Just hopefully, you stay high enough. fly as high as you like... just don't lose yourself and the interior your looking for.

@duffman - the problem is everyone that finds a glitch gives it a different name. There are hells, which happen when you fall thru graphics... like at the safehouse near madd dogg's.

carpet's broken it down.. heavens/hells/worlds. It just makes sense. If its thousands of feet in the air, I don't want to call it hell. We might as well call them Interior Skys. LOL. Like... Marker #2 Interior Sky.

Any good ideas for renaming this version of hell/world/universe/heaven/glitch, lets hear em.

Sorry for doubling, but Isn't R2 and L2 to strafe, and R1 to aim? I'm just checking unless someone's got different controller settings or something.

That has happened to me as well. I have been in that darkness with the damn swinging door. Thats the San Fierro club for ya...

I was wondering... what names are the interiors for Wu Zi, when he works in San Fierro... and also the interior when you first meet The Truth... it has a giant mirror in it. Hmm...

Carpet... if you found that interior near Liberty City, that would mean it loads in marker 8. Hopefully you got some gameshark or something...

P.S. I found that Jizzy's is in the sky... like everything else... Couldn't leave it, so couldn't find out where. I don't think its where it should be on the real map... but then again, I'm not too sure because I didn't perform the S.A. test (Sex Appeal stays high when you park hot car near interior and enter, or sex appeal decreases.)

I don't want to get hung up on the names, so I'll try and go along with what's posted to avoid confusion. Although I'm sure we can all agree it's a minor part of this whole thing tounge.gif

Anyways, as the map has become crowded lately, I decided to look at it and break it down... it seems each area falls into districts. Maybe we should be trying to look in the same area's for related, missing interiors? If entered from another heaven, they could be there... i.e. Marital Arts, etc.

warning... contains untagged spoilers... sue me

@duffman... that map is interesting... and does point out something we've missed. It does look to be districts...

I think that 28 and 20 are 24-7's... Pyro stated he entered 20 using a cheat device and saw it was a 24-7.

I have a few questions and statements as per interiors...

Quarry? What about it? lol

Sindacco - where johnny catches his heart attack and the whole CJ/Rosenburg "tag team" killings happen.

Colonel Fuhrberger's - house you and ryder rob the crates from. First house you EVER rob.

Abandoned AC tower - This interior is underneath the ground level of SA... in blue hell... just not sure which BLUE HELL. LOL. (Guess you'd have to enter a marker, fall to the ground, then find a hell entrance, and then enter it and fly to the airstrip... this being impossible as you can't see a single building when you hit the ground from any heaven entrance. lol.

Wardrobe - LOL

Vagos Gang House - Burning desire building.

Caligula's Roof?

Caligula's Roof 2?!

Crack Den - after you and ryder kill a drugdealer, you enter here to kill some ballas

House x 9 - Damn... are there really that many versions of the same house. LOL.

Secret Valley?

Truck Stop?

Wu Zi Mu's... is this Wu Zi Mu's in San Fierro, or his Managerial Office in Las Venturas' Four Dragon's Casino... hmm...

How about the Janitor's office from the Four Dragons with the Caligula's Casino Blueprints?

And how about that interior where you first meet Catalina... when she's in a knife fight?

P.S. (COMPLETELY OFF-TOPIC) If CJ's part owner of the Four Dragons... how come he can't enter the janitor room, let alone the Managerial Office... Its a conspiracy.

These are rhetorical questions and do not need to be answered. Only for inspiration... or maybe to those who know the answer... tounge2.gif

@od fa real: hmm, I do remember PyroHazard saying later on though "Damn, #20 was the hidden marker?", so I'm assuming he went in the wrong one.

Ok this girlfriend theory stuff is starting to scare me wow.gif

I just found another interior, this one between #s 34 and 35. Another gf bedroom. I did this one by entering marker #2, then #10, then flying there. I almost didn't see it; it barely caught my eye b/c it was so far below in the blackness! I can also fly way back up in the sky above it, which is odd. It's starting to seem like each girlfriend has their own "heaven", which would make the heaven name appropriate colgate.gif

I haven't dated many girls... whose would this be?

First of all - you are right. It is R2/L2 to strafe NOT R1/L1.

None of the girlfriends have an exterior that matches that bedroom, so judging by the flags by the door I'd say Michelle. She's into cars and racing and stuff like that. This of course all relies on whether the girlfriend theory is true. I've not done many burglary missions. Can someone who has comment on whether these look like any of those?

I guess these come under House on the interior list.

I'm guessing that the Caligula's roofs are that area you enter (yellow marker to right of casino floor) with steps that lead to the exterior roof marker. The two could be different lighting or special effects settings. One normal, one for mission.

[edit: or one could refer to Rosenburg's office which must be quite high in order to hang people out the window.]

There only appears to be one Warehouse mentioned.

Where's the barn?

The Truck Stop - I remember that the Truck Stop was one of the locations featured on the SA website before release. Because of this I was disappointed to find that you couldn't enter the one near Angel Pine (I think), This was one of my first dissappointents in the game.

4 tattoo Parlors?

I want to go to Wu Zi Mu's.

---------------------------------------------------

EDIT: OK, Been there

No need to enter 2. Just go straight to 10 unless you prefer blue skies.

Then back to this point:

to see Bedroom 2.

Also, I'm not sure if this has been said before [it's not on my list] but there is a barber shop in B Dup's heaven. Here:

This is different from the one I have on my list which is:

So, I would like to add to the list -

49. Bedroom 2

50. Barber shop 2 [Maurice's? can't remember name]

OD fa Real: No, I'm still just using jetpack.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

EDIT: Following the theories of 'girlfriend bedrooms' and 'similar buildings being together in districts'...

I noted that 4 heavens each had a potential girlfriend setting at roughly the same point. I headed there in Ammunation heaven in the hope of finding another. I didn't find one.

Maybe someone with codes could re-check this and also check out Burgershot Heaven as well.

Thanks

I tried going to the girlfriends area as you did in other heavens, no luck as well. Although something weird; this time when I went to that latest gf room I found, the jetpack died and I couldn't fly back up. Last time I could fly wayyyy back up until it went out of my sight.

I'd also like to see if anyone with a GS could check out that area from other heavens.

It's nice to see the new finds also match up with their districts.

Here's my updated list. carpetdweller, I haven't mixed in the interiors we can only get to by cheating so numbers may be different. All of these can be at least seen without a GS. Wow!

It's great to see that things are still being found in the safe-fly zone. i'll have to check them out.

That's another 24/7 to cross off the list then. And so much for the theory that we might as well refer to B Dup's Crack Heaven as just 'B Dup's' because we weren't likely to find anything in B Dup's apartment heaven.

Good work.

So you're finding all these without GS?

I'm gonna have to get a move on.

EDIT: The new barbershop is actually REECE'S. The older one with the plants over the mirrors is found in Marina (Los Santos) and has the Vanilla Ice guy as the barber. So it's probably the same interior used for all 3 Vanilla Ice guy's shops including Gay Gordo's Boufon Boutique (Las Venturas) and The Barber's Pole (San Fierro). This just leaves the Macisla Unisex Hair Salon (Playa De Seville) to find.

I found this sort of cop station but the only thing is that it has no walls but there is alot of weapons and cops and if you go too close you get 5 stars.

you have to go to the ghost world so go down til you hit the bottom and then go to the very last intersection when you are on the freeway from Los Santos to Las Venturas. rahkstar2.gif

CORRECTION:

For some reason i was under the impression that we didn't know which heaven B Dup's Apartment was in. Then i read about the new finds and thought we'd finally found something new in there. I went direct from the gym to the apartment marker and entered. I then flew back towards where the new found interiors (along the line where most location occur). Along the way I saw more and more familiar interiors. In fact the only difference between B Dup's Apartment Heaven and Motel Heaven appeared to be the colour of the sky (which was black). Then I re-read my information and realised I'd always had B Dup's Apartment appearing in Motel Heaven. Doh!

I never did see those new interiors.

I then dropped down to ground level (still in the black version of Motel Heaven, via 9 (or 2 for daylight), and jetpacked over to the last intersection as mentioned above. I did receive 5 stars but didn't see any poice station. I saw various parts of what looks like Area 69 (doors, platforms, hatches and cops) but no building itself. I have also seen these in Liberty world.

My mistake. I had it listed on the map correctly, not the pics descriptions. These are actually from marker #7, the warehouse. As you said, I had tested #9 only to see it's a distortion of the world (black), compared to if you entered #2.

Ok, just got to the bungalo via marker 10.

I found that you can drop in through the roof and walk around inside. It a bit tricky though as the ceiling is reflective, so as you approach you may first see an upsidedown version.

Once inside it reminded me a bit of a caravan my grandparents used to own. The layout was very similar. Looking at it from various angles convinced me that it was the inside of a trailer from one of the trailer parks.

I then compared it to pics in the strategy guide and realised that it is the trailer in Angel Pine where you meet Kendl and Ceser. [for those with the guides: the mission is - King in Exile]

It's amazing that i've missed this. I've flown around here so often. That's hope for much more.

EDIT: Another correction. You don't have to drop in to a particular area as, in fact, the only parts that are solid are the floor, door and kitchen cupboard.

In this second pic you can see the kitchen counter that Kendl sits on in one of the guides' pictures. You can also see the speaker (on the right) behind the characters in a another picture.

Truck stop?????? Huh? Where in the website do you see this? Anyway where is Jizys Pleasure Domes at? And I can confirm there are no ways to get to Liberty City w/o a GameShark. I got to the point where you could see right under it.

I'm not saying it shows the interior or anything. Just that it makes a point of highlighting this truckstop. I've just checked and it's still there.

Go to the Flash version of The San Andreas Site, and close in on San Fierro, Then keep selecting closer areas until you are just left with screen with the title 'Angel Pine'.

Here you have 3 options: [red crosses]

• The Ammunation in Angel Pine

• Mount Chiliad

or

• Whetstone Rest Stop. [the truckstop]

Not only does this have a link to a photo of it, but another links to a short movie of someone outside on their motorcycle.

I just always thought it was odd that they did all this for just another building. The fact that it once had an interior makes me feel that R* wasn't leading us on - it's just another thing that got cut out.

Whoa, I didnt know about that. Tell me where that thing is on the map so I can go there. Is that in the area of the Redsands East/West area where the freeway you travel on is called the Harry Gold Parkway? If that's the case then the intersection at the end should be T-Shaped. And is the Las Venturas courier misson thing there too? cool.gifbiggrin.gifcolgate.gifbored.gifconfused.gifmad.gifangry.gifdevil.gif

if he's talking about what I think he is then he means the Montgomery intersection. This lies just to the Los Santos side of a bridge which leads to Las Venturas. It is just north of the Mulholland intersection.

Cool, I'll call it "Angel Pine Trailer" from now on. Have you managed to get to the other 2 I posted, though?

And I'm still hoping that someone (edisoncarter smile.gif ) can check out the girlfriends area in other hells... I can't wait to see if there are anymore.

On a side note, I've made a FAQ about the Hidden Interiors which was accepted by GameFAQs today, located here. It's a little outdated (about a week old), but I'm sending an updated version tonight.

Maybe with more people doing the glitch, we'll get some new finds? biggrin.gif
