Steve Smith is just an old guy whose already past his time and looking for some attention. He knows he sucks, and he's jealous that other people out there are getting all the attention while he sits at home and eats his Wheaties. This piece of news is probably the biggest highlight of his career.

Steve Smith's only been pro about 4 years, and he's only about 26. He's a great reciever, he was just injured this season. And about Freddie, so far, he is a bust.

 

I wouldnt exactly call mitchell a bust

 

Couch, Mcown, Akilli Smith, Mike Mamula < now THOSE are busts anyways maybe Freddie has not put up all pro numbers or numbers that are expected of a 1st rounder, but he has done his job when needed. Considering he does not get enough balls thrown his way,

 

 

 

 

 

The part thats really sad about his stupid quote is

 

"Let's put my paycheck up with his paycheck. Let's put my touchdowns up with his touchdowns. I got half of his receptions and I only played one game! And he got 22?"

 

He must forget that Mitchell is the eagles third sting WR so obviously smith should have more TDs, Recs ,and have a bigger paycheck, so comparing himself with our 3rd sting WR just doesnt make sense.

Well, it seems like he's old to me. He has like what... one good year.... and now he's just goin downhill with the rest of the Panthers. They are given too much credit for being good one year in the NFC, which isn't very good anyway.

 

Freddie gave the Eagles one great game in the playoffs, that's good enough for a non-super star. Smith is just angry because Freddie is f*ckin hilarious.

You copied that from some website, I've seen it before. Shaun Williams is no bust. He was great for the Giants, even last year up until he got injured. He got injured once again this year, and Gibril Wilson took over. Shaun will probably be released or traded this off-season.

This years draft is very deep. There are many quality players. Mainly running backs. It's going to be interesting to see who the Cowboys draft since Testeverade is old and Henson isn't ready.

 

Also, Mike Williams, the former USC Trojan should be a steal since he was projected very high at the beginning oh the year.

Anyone know about Aaron Francisco from BYU??? I watched this kid play and I can say he is a great leader. Can be a little too agressive at times but delivers the big POP to put someone on their @$$!

No, I mean I think that is the number they were drafted overall into the NFL from college of that year.

 

 

I am actually excited about the NFL draft because my team: the Niners, have the first overall pick and that's about the only thing exciting that's gonna happen to them in the past year . The Niners may end up trading their pick though because it looks like the top pick is going to be Cedric Benson, and I'm assuming the Niners are looking mainly for a quarterback. Maybe Alex White from Utah...

Hosting the superbowl party this year at my house. Eagles win we'll all go in town to celebrate with the rest of the maniacs. Philly is a BIG sports town and if we win the streets will bleed green.

 

If the Eagles loose I'll kick almost everyone out except for a few buds who will feel my pain, and I'll sit and drown my sorrow in a case of cheap beer.

 

Earlier I was checking out SportsCenter and I saw T.O. running & cutting and stuff. He looked good but later on I saw him walking through the locker room and he was walking with a slight limp. Hope he can play on it w/o injuring it again.

Freddy Mitchell is going to get hurt by Rodney Harrison. Harrison has layed some recievers down with his tackles. I want to see how they'll react to each other and how T.O. makes his cuts on his routes. Should be a good game. But I think the Patriots are just too much for the Eagles to handle. My Final Score Prediction: 24-10 Pats win.

Tom Brady will of course have a last minute game winning drive like he always does in the Super Bowl but, Vinateri won't kick a field goal, Brady will throw a TD.
