Texans are getting closer and closer to getting Eric Moulds. That'd be a big help for Carr, make he could get rid of the ball quicker or at least throw it up and have a chance of Moulds, Johnson, Bush or Miller to get it. tounge.gif

The Texans will be decent next year. I see them as possibly taking 2nd in the AFC South.

Behind the Colts and above the Jaguers? No way maybe an 8-8 team but no playoffs this year...

Was Kubiak the Broncos offensive or defensive coordinator? Maybe he can instill the same type of offense that the Broncos ran, and that would really make up for having below average offensive lineman.

Take note of the Kansas City elections this week. If the proposal to fund a renovation for Truman Sports Complex (Arrowhead and Kauffman stadiums) fails, then look for Hunt family to go West to L.A. Thats the ONLY way Los Angeles is gonna get a franchise. Unless, God forbid, New Orleans gets hit by another hurricane and are forced to abandon the city entirely.

California already has like 3 teams. A team in LA is a bad idea to me.

its a great idea for the owners. LA is the 2nd largest media market, and with revenue sharing, it would be great for the nfl to get a team back there. why does missorri have 2 teams? i bet people think the kansas city chiefs play in kansas.

Tagliabue is retiring this summer. The CBA renegotiations will probably be his last work as the NFL commish... and what a great deal he did on that. He'll be in the Hall of Fame, for sure.

f*ck Wyoming for an NFL team. We don't need a team in the middle of nowhere. Move the Chiefs to LA.

 

And set up a team in Mexico City, they will generate the most revenue out of all teams.

Yea, I couldn't believe that game in Mexico City last year sold out. And I'm sure they packed 10-15 family members in four seats.

Not to mention the most kidnapped players of any NFL team. I remember John Riggins (on his radio show in D.C.) talking about how insanely vunerable the security at that game was. People just walking in, etc. I don't think you could adequately protect the players down there, especially because it's a foreign country and there's not much the NFL could do about anything that happens.

 

Hence why we sent the '9ers and the Cardinals down there, because we wouldn't miss them as much as, say, the Colts or the Patriots.

well canada has the CFL. look at the NBA and MLB teams in canada, theyre doing horrible, in terms of money. the grizzles left and so did expos. what reason is there to put teams in wyoming or the dakotas? to have the Cheifs in Cali with their archrivals the Raiders would craete a great backdrop for their games.

The Chiefs sell out pretty much every game. Are you telling me they don't make enough money in KC to stay? Besides, as an East Coast guy, I'd feel bad if the Midwest only had the Rams to root for (I don't mean the Great Lakes area).

The Colts sell out every game, and have a very tough stadium to play in, too... but they're in a low-revenue city. It's not just tickets, it's merchandise, and our fans aren't the richest around, and that's why there was talk of them moving. They had to sell the naming rights to their stadium to an Oil Company to stay. Same for Kansas City fans... it's just they're low-revenue, and if they can't afford to stay, then they have to move. It happened with the Colts when they were in Baltimore, and the old Browns before they moved.

I've been to the RCA Dome. ITs very incredible thier fans are loud. They overprice thier consessions though.
