Yeah, that's the Packer.

You can raise the ramp by using R3.

I usually find them near the San Fierro docks. You can use the Java Map to get even more locations.

Actually, it wasn't that hard. I first drove the Elegy and Savannah out of the showroom. Then I pulled the RoadTrain in slowly. I was hoping to park it, get out at and get a photo, but it wouldn't move forward or backward. I checked the rear view and saw that the trailer got stuck, so I got out and took the other two photos.

 

The funny part was eventually the RoadTrain blew up and caused the station wagon below to blow up also.
