You should quote or repost the images you are talking about, so everyone has a frame of reference. I guess you mean these:

 

 

 

To do one-handed minigun, you have to replace some one-handed gun like pistol with the minigun files. Should be easy for PC...

 

 

 

Same thing here (this is definitely PC version); change the files for guns your homies use to minigun.

Sounds like the same deal, replacing a one-handed gun's file... I know recruits with AKs swing them around and do gang signs while holding big guns on one hand.

Yo, I said it three times, change the files so characters use minigun like a one-handed weapon.

If you really want to know, the main reason why I posted here because the screens in the PC screenshots topic are gigantic and I have a modem straining it. Another reason is because my computer is crap quality. All the screens I made in here are taken at 640x480x16 resolution, low FX quality, minimum draw distance, and all the other bare minimum options in the game.
