Grim, what's the exact wording? And is that quote invalidated by the fact that multiplayer IS in SA PS2? They kept that a secret for so long, maybe they were just trying to fake people out? I remember reading an article confirmed there would be no multiplayer in SA back in the day and that a HD would be needed only if there was multiplayer (whcih they said there wasn't) but none of this applies to the PC version necessarily. I do't have a copy of OPM UK handy. Since previews stated there would be no multiplayer and there is in the final game, I think all bets are off with regards to that quote. I would like them to stay modified until you change view, so you could raise it if you wished, and not have to hold the stick forward continuously. So you know I'm steadly looking for somekinda clues for the pc version. I am glad though that they take their time to "hop" up the pc version and work out known errors. But what im waiting on , is what comes outa this site. the san viceliberty city mod. the one where you guys crack it wide open and find just enough space to bridge each island (version) together. or possibly make a couple only accessable by air. what ever the case is.. I have no idea what is in san andreas cept what i read and see in SS. but it never is the same till your mashin the shift key and pushin up while mad clicking the mouse tryin to pop heads. so keep it comin and i will keep comin.. You should be able to buy an MP3 player w/ FM tuner in the game, so you can listen to the radio stations/your MP3s on foot. They just play with the EQ a bit (like how it does wtih the stereo mod in the mod garage) so it reduces the bass and flattens the tone a bit to make it sound close to how it actually would. rootman Posted December 5, 2004 Share Posted December 5, 2004 for the xbox/pc the city editor sounds like a cool quirky idea, a bit like create a park for tony hawk skatboarding but not as much. where you could just add a few buildings here and sum streets over there and add a pay n spray up a road further and then jazz up the current safe houses in the game to give it your own style and individuality. id like to also have a mode where you could edit current or create custom clothing for your cj and make heaps of leather clothes or make many types of hats, pants, shades, shirts, jackets, chains, watches and so on. pretty much id like more freedom with added features and easy accessibility to creating mods without making it harder for casual coders who wanna get stuck into making new buildings straight away as well as being able to have your own created animations into your mod without having sumthing hardcoded to prevent you coding into your mod. Anyway I was just playing Vice City on my PC and it really puts SA's PS2 graphics to shame. When I played GTA III:PC and VC:PC, I used the mouse and keyboard to move around/shoot on foot and I had my Interact Hammerhead FX 10-button controller in my lap, ready to drive around. riahc3 Posted December 12, 2004 Share Posted December 12, 2004 i hope it isnt on dvd, then i gotta go buy a dvdr just for this..., hell, i could get a ps2 for the same money... i hope the graphics are adjustable to rediculous proportions, and new audio is a MUST! the guns all sound nearly the same, like a baseballcard in bike spokes, only thing different between guns is the speed of the bike (that's somthing... modding bicycles with horns, bells, tassles, bananna seats, cards in the spokes, maybe even a nos upgrade after 100%(immagine doing 200 on a bicycle, then hitting that blur in front of you)) lmao a DVD cost about 60-70 even less dollars if you look around. a PS2 is around 100-150 plus 50 for the game. *sighs* n00b.....
