I still say that the at-400 is an airbus A319, they both have a much pointier nose than the 737,and the 737 is too fat to be an AT-400. here is the A319: http://www.aircraft-charter-world.com/airliners/a319.htm

HybriDSpiriT
The slamvan (the lowrider right?) is a dodge, look at the grill. The tanker is a ford aeromax. The two other semis (the linerunner and roadtrain) are both kenworths. The tank is an M1A1 Abrams used in the Gulf War, afterall this game is just after the gulf war in 1991. R* just put wheels on it instead of caterpillar treads because they always seemed to have a problem with that since the tank in Liberty City. slamvan is a gmc 4 lights and the split in the grill your both wrong on the slam van it is actually a chev s10 with a body kit

HiImTimAndImAnAddict
The Buffalo is a Camaro, no ifs ands or buts. The Buffalo is definitely an 80's Camaro, but with a body kit. I've seen this car before, it looks similar to one shown in an AutoZone commercial. =) Very nice list indeed, just what I was looking for, but I sorta disagree with some. Not saying I'm right, I just have some different theories. Stretch = 80's Cadillac Virgo = 2-dr Lincoln Mark-(something, 5 maybe?) Tahoma = 1981 Monte Carlo Buccaneer = Early 70's Malibu Cabbie = was actually called a Chevy Marathon, from 1957 or 58 Cadrona = Looks like a cheap 4-cylinder 83 or 84 Mustang Perrenial = 1964 Ford Galaxy Wagon. Could still be a Nova wagon but they look very similar Sultan - Much like an Accord with a body kit (saw a real one once looked just like it) Planes were left out?? Dodo = Cessna 172 (Early 80's) Hunter = Apache, of course Maverick = Bell JetRanger Nevada = DC-9 or Beechcraft H-18 Series Rustler = Mustang or Spitfire Sparrow/Sea Sparrow = Hughes (sp?) Nicknamed "Hughie", designed by Howard Hughes (creator of the Spruce Goose) Cropduster = Stearman Kaydet Stuntplane = Cessna modified for aerobatics - Pitts S-2S 'Bulldog' Beagle = DeHavilland DHC6 Twin Otter RC Baron - Sopwith Camel AT-400 = Boeing 737 (*not* a 747, they have 4 engines!) Hydra = Harrier Most might say the Andromeda is a 747, but it's not. The wings are set too far back. It's more likely to be a variation of the Convair B36 Peacemaker (U.S. Air Force). Geez I'm exhausted....but thats why I'm an addict.

HiImTimAndImAnAddict
Now keep this in mind when you try to identify vehicles. Not only are the names changed because of copyright laws/denial of permission from auto makers (like someone earlier mentioned), but ya see these companies also hold copyrights on the design as well. That means R* had to change the design of each car just enough so the auto makers couldn't sue for copyright infringement. Having said that, the front end of the Club is actually a 1992 VW Cabriolet. The Club in the game is actually a wagon, whereas the real 92 Golf is more of a Hatchback, if you notice the sideview. Also keep in mind, they didnt *have* to model these after anything real. The AT-400 and Andromeda could very well be fictional. It doesn't take a genius to design a plane (for a game) from scratch. If you want to research the vehicles compared to real cars, and you think you have an idea what the car is, you can easily look it up on AutoTrader.com - most do have pics there. The Civic Hatchback posted by Billy could very well be a Flash... Oceanic is NOT a Fairlane. PS: GTASA is the second best thing to happen to my pathetic useless life. HiImTimAndImAnAddict
again two corrections: Tornado is a 1958 chevy bel air/impala the buick century doesnt have the same back end, and the bucaneer is a 1964 buick riviera not a 70 monte carlo Buccaneer I'm outraged! Outraged I say! Buccaneer a 1971 Monte Carlo and I'll prove it! First, here's the Buccaneer: Here's the 71 Monte Carlo Just about a 99% match! All I see different is the square headlights instead of being round. But then that could be the headlight frames. Now here's the Buick Riviera. Notice the slanted front end, that the Buccaneer doesn't have, but the Riviera is famous for. Tampa I was willing to agree that it was a Corvair, it does look alot like it, till I watched the very end of My Cousin Vinny this morning and started thinking to myself, hmm....Tampa...Tempest...yeah!! So I looked it up, but couldn't find decent pics. I called my dad in here (who of course, was a teenager in that era, and would know!) I asked him what it looked like. First he said Corvair, then 'wait, no, thats a Tempest!' Maybe you can find some pics if it really bothers ya. ......off I go to track down more vehicles.
