Befor ever looking at the internet a friend and I found most of these cheats. Very few are different from the gta vc game. Theres new ones of course. Reminds me of Doom's iddqd cheat. If, somehow, you don't know how to recruit gang members then read the manual. I believe the recruitment controls are listed on the back page. If there was one maybe you would play as the two-player characters, it doesn't need to show fat. Do Nothing SQUARE, SQUARE, R2, LEFT, UP, SQUARE, R2, X, X, X This is a blank cheat that doesn't do anything.
