Signature Size Rules

my sig is disabled even though it fits the box!!

I'm so furious!!

I think it's because it's a big ebony ghetto booty

there i said it!!

That would be correct, as were the two PMs you sent me before posting again. Remove the "big ebony ghetto booty" and read the rules, and it will be re-enabled.

Well, since it's not working I can see the code you're trying to use, and http://Name: scarface-tropical.jpg doesn't make sense, in between the tags you need the complete address of the image, maybe something like http://www.antonios-site.com/images/scarface-tropical.jpg or wherever it may be smile.gif

EDIT: Actually it needs to be in tags not

my signature is disabled and its aint oversized WTF??!

GRIM!

Why do you keep posting in the wrong topic?

Do like Y_Less just said and ask for them to re-enable it in the

"SIG RE-ENABLE TOPIC" that is why we have one.

But only post there after you actually fix it.

I told you that the last time you posted here, the staff won't see it in the wrong topic. Also, just as last time, (a few posts up) even I can tell your sig is too big. Text is included, even though the image alone is not too big, the addition of the text makes it too big. So either remove the text, or shrink the image so you can leave the text.

Click me, to go to the right topic

And for future reference, click your name. Either in the corner of any of your posts, or here "GRIM!" and look at your sig. Do you see the red on the bottom of the green box? That is how much bigger your sig is than it is allowed to be.

Are sigs ment to flash red around the border. Because mine does then goes green. (Same for someone who I wont mention just in case!)

Yes, that means the sig is loading. But when the sig is done loading, an you don't see any red, you're fine.

Click your "user name link", it's at the top of every page (When you're logged in.), and in the corner of all of your posts.

It's this one here.

Your sig will load and when it's done, if the outline is red anywhere, then it's too big. If it's all green, then you're good to go. The only other rules are that it can't exceed 80kb, or have sexually suggestive, or offensive imagery.

If for any reason it does get disabled, fix it, and then post here.

Hope that helped.

Everyone stop spamming this thread!  Any and all 'my signature is disabled' discussion should be in this thread.

Now stop spamming!

Lol.

@bauer2: My Controls > Edit Signature

'My Controls' is at the very top of the page, around the middle area where you have all of your controls and messenger.

After you click 'My Controls' click 'Edit Signature' from the 'Menu' menu. There, you can view your signature and see if the size is right. Above that, it gives you rules and links to help you for troubleshooting.

)ragon10]{' date='May 17 2005, 14:18'] I have a question. I have a sig that is 500x150 and I still see red lines. Is there something wrong the way its shaped? I really need to know whats up.

On Internet Explorer, it shows up red. On Firefox, it shows up green.

If you want, just shave off one pixel. It'll show up green all the time then.
