Compatibilty mode is an extra option in xp when you right click on an EXE file and go in properties though i have never got it too work properly myself Link to post Share on other sites
junoon 0 Posted June 17, 2004 Author Share Posted June 17, 2004 ye im using the compalibity mode in xp when u right click and select win98 i need it to run under win98 because it runs too slow otherwise and i noticed that when i ran it in win98 the textures were low quality which is good...the game is picking high textures by default and therez no way i can tell it to use low quality textures....fukin gay....the game wont let me optimize anything its not my graphics card becuase i can unreal tournament 2004 pretty smoothly even in multiplayer...prefect framerate...i dunno wut the fuks wrong with vice city any suggestions? maybe use version 1.0 of vice city?
