Long Haired Freaky Guy
Has anyone been watching that Friday Night Project on C4? I think Jimmy Carr hosts it. Pretty good. That show is probably one of the worst shows that channel 4 has aired in absolutely ages. The people who host it every week are not funny at all, and you just know that the show is getting desperate when the guest host is Jordan. I watched the first one with Vinnie Jones and i have never watched it ever again. That, plus the fact that Jimmy Carr seems to be hosting a new "100 greatest" show every week. Saying that though, tomorrow night is the "100 greatest cartoons of all time" so i'm going to have to stay up and watch that. Tonight is a film on Channel 4, the "Spy Game" starring Brad Pitt, so that looks like worth a watch. @Bendy, i heard about it but i missed it. JoeyLeone25
@Bendy, i heard about it but i missed it. It just talked about how big a business eBay is now & how you can make a a really great profit from it or lose money from the eBay fees, extra postage etc. Was a quite good program & it was on Beeb 2 not 'We-only-air-sh*tty-action-movies-and-porn- 5'. Long Haired Freaky Guy
Finally caught an episode of Never Mind The Buzzcocks last night, and it is still as funny as ever. Phil's team had a guy who didn't even know where he was half of the time, and Bill had Bez on his team.......'nuff said.

Athy
For the sake of keeping this topic alive, yes freeview is a little bit crap, but luckily i have legal (not) cable, and there are sports channels, which i watch far too much of, cartoon chanels, movie chanels etc. ..but its good little britain being on BBC3 sometimes. BBC3 Is only cool because of the comedy you can't get on one or two.
Venom
Sorry for the x2 post, My computer messed, up But this RND comedy thing tomorrow night should rule! Lenny Henry is really funny.
Long Haired Freaky Guy
@Data, yeah i kept watching the topic fall down deeper and deeper, knowing i couldn't bump it as i was last to post. I wouldn't mind having freeview, simply because only having 4 channels is quite boring. I only ever watch channel 4, unless something special like NMTB is on another channel. Anyone currently watching the banned season on Channel 4? Tonight is the banned ad's and banned stuff from the 90's part 2.
papanesta
I've been watching the banned season, watched all the movies bar one. Did anyone watch that "Kids" one...?
Wolfwood
I've been watching the banned season, watched all the movies bar one. Did anyone watch that "Kids" one...? I forgot to hit record, so I missed The Evil Dead. But, I have taped all the rest, but only been bothered to see The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, I got Kids and the Banned In The Uk 4/4 to watch still, I am still watching the X-Rated Adverts, but it is on tape and I am really looking forward to it, I got a friend who demands I watch it. Why is there no good films on this week apart from A Clockwork Orange but anyone who is anyone should have already seen that, surely.
papanesta
Aye, seen it, well worth a re-watch. Loved Texas Chainsaw Massacre, first time Ive seen it. And Evil Dead is just a classic.
Barguast
Anyone been watching 'The Mighty Boosh'? I think it's a repeat of a show that was originally on BBC3 and I can't believe I've never seen this before. It's one of the best comedies I've seen in a long, long time
AndyinEngland.
The Mighty Boosh is amazing! abstract comedy at it's best. I've been watching the banned week, though I've seen a few of the films and have only recorded one, the Kids one. I would like to have seen The Annabel Chong Story though
Barguast
Abstract you say?.. Charlie is genius, right, he's made from a million pieces of old bubble gum, ha, imagine thatIn the summer of 1976 on his way home from an Alice Cooper concert Charlie started to met onto the pavement It was too hot in LA and he melted like a pink bitch "Ha ha ha ha ha" Luckily though there was Eric Phillips, a local crocodile who dabbled in black magic He took pity on Charlie and scraped him of the floor with a pair of fish slices He poured him into an antique soup ladle and boarded his magic carpet "Ha ha.." Destination Alaska Eric Phillips decided to refreeze Charlie But in his cold blooded reptilian haste he refroze him into to the shape of a hoover "I wasn't thinking" Charlie wasn't fazed though, he just zoomed about the place sucking up Inuits "ha ha….oh" The Inuits didn't mind, they loved it in Charlie's pink tight warm belly pouch, and they refused to come out Charlie said, "I'm cool with that." And set fire to a posh hammer to make it official "I appear to be on fire" The down side was that the Inuits suffocated immediately It was airtight in there Charlie panicked and fired the tiny Inuit bullets into Eric's crocodile peepers "After all I did for you….oooh" The green shape was frozen After a quick drink Charlie stole Eric Phillips magic carpet And left for Seattle Charlie was racked with guilt, he'd killed 50 Inuits No-one needs that He decided to spend the rest of his life putting small hairstyles onto boots, monkey nuts, trumpets and spanners Genius. Even more bizarre with the accompanying animation that went with it. I only started watching it last week and I think I missed most of 'em
Goodfella.
I love the Mighty Boosh, I watched it way back when it was first shown on BBC3. My favorite epsiode is where the tall one (I forget their names) has to have a boxing match with a kangaroo. It seems they've moved on to Nathan Barley now, even though that's funny as hell too, I hope they do a second series of The Mighty Boosh.
