I know it's running in most European countries too, although I don't know whether theirs have started yet, or not. The UK version is supposedly getting "evil" this year. I'll see that when I believe it. What does anyone think of the housemates? I'm guessing that this year is going to be explosive. There's Ahmed, who claimed asylum in Britain twelve years ago and now has a respected degree, speaks five languages and runs his own business. He's also unafraid to state that he's uncomfortable with the thought of what gay men do. And who have they put him in the house with? Marco, the campest Tw*t you'll ever see and who is such a drama queen that you just instinctively want to hurt him, and another guy who's name I forget, but who is also gay, but acts normally without camping it up. Then there's a bodybuilder who turned up in a thong and bowtie; and some wannabe gangster from London who reckons how hard and fearless he is. And then there's the girls. "Kitten" needs to get a f*cking job, get some f*cking responsibility, and shut the f*ck up. She's just some political anarchist who hates capitalism, thinks that telling anybody what to do is "tyranny", and generally needs to shut the f*ck up. Then there's a dippy Yorkshire girl, and a Newcastle lass who brags about pulling a bloke every week. And of course there's Vanessa. Lovely, tanned, blonde Vanessa. Anyone else? First impressions? There was all this hype about a 'big secret', and all it turned out to be was that the prize money was one million instead of a quarter-mil. It doesn't affect the viewers in any way, so why are we supposed to give a f*ck? You'd think that TV networks would cancel shows with sh*t ratings. All the previous years everyone was getting on with each other. There were no fights. This year there is heaps of bitching and crying, its hilarious. Also there are two hot babes in it. Usually there are none or one. And Rector it dosent get sh*tty ratings man, its around the top every week. But I agree, why would we give a f*ck about the 1 million dollar prize. Its like "OOOO! As time moved on, they ran out of ideas, and BB4 was utterly boring. So what to do they all thought....lets get evil. I saw last nights episode and it is utter crap. How fake are the contestants?? Marco....he is so putting on an act..no guy acts that homosexual and he is really annoying me already. He's even more OTT then Jack in will and grace........and thats saying something. Then the next guy happened to dislike gay people.....ooh, not planned at all. Then there is the woman who changed from a man, the guy who has lived here for 12 years, the bisexual one, the one whot turned up in a thong, the "Kitten"...who soo faked her entrance. She is so ugly. And when she was walkign down the path and she started acting OTT about wanting to see her girlfriend and was wearing the sailors outfit! I think they've always had cameras in the toilet - they're just not allowed to show any of the, err, "regular" activity in there. I expect the camera is only there in case anything "special" happens. And, of course, because there's never anywhere in the house that can't be seen. I agree that the contestants are so obviously mismatched - but that's half the idea. Some fireworks. After all, if you've got some guy as camp as Marco, who else would you put in other than that foreign guy who admits he doesn't like gays? Anyway, it's refreshing to see that Kitten is the one being deprived of all her luggage for her stay in the house. I don't know whether it'll be better than BB4, although I suppose it'll be difficult to be worse. BB2 was the most forgettable, though. I never really saw BB1 or BB2, but BB3 was by far the best.
