Andrew Posted April 13, 2004 Share Posted April 13, 2004 This has been asked loads of times at -90 Hidden Packages you get the Rhino (Tank) -100 Hidden Packages you get the Hunter (Attack Helicopter) Both of these appear at the army base. Do ONE of them and the one appears at Fort Baxter Do BOTH and then the one in Ocean Beach appears.
