In-Game Videos

Recommended Posts

When I see the In-Game Videos (Cut-Scenes) it automatically skips between 10-30 seconds in. How do I fix it? By skips I mean it fades and stops the video, then goes to next video/back to game.

Edit: Sorry this should be in Troubleshooting shouldn't it? Too late now confused.gif

Edit again: After playing a little:

The video where Tommy talks to Sonny on the phone -

It was silent for about 30 seconds, then it started the sound totally off-sync with the video. Then it faded and went to the game about 30 seconds later..

and here is something else probably just related to the vehicle. I'm guessing it's not part of the problem.

"The Party" the video faded after about 20 seconds.. Then I rode off on a bike -

"Will you be working for my father?"

"Maybe."

"So difficult having such a rich and powerful father."

Does using a bike make that skip? Makes sence but I thought it might be related to my problem.. Probably not.. I always use a car so I don't know.

(Skip is "Do you mind me resting my hand in your lap?" "Maybe.")

But normally she has one more line, and you say "Maybe." one more time.. Maybe it's only if your in a car because I used a bike. Or maybe it's only in PS2 Version.. (I just recently got PC version but have owned PS2 version for around 6 months.)

So no ideas about the videos ending early, or the off-sync video?

I believe I am using a nVidia gForce4 Ti (Video card) something... What's that Start>Run program again? For checking hardware? (Windows XP)
