Well i am proud to announce that i have been accepted int lost islands biggrin.gifbiggrin.gif Well i hope i can get this mod speed up thanks again Cr well lets fire up those modelling programs theyve been collecting dust

Got this road piece done, all textured etc. everything done from scratch except for the grass texture. This piece is now ready to be multiplied then I can make one long road from it... More soon...

3 things:

 

1. The roads look a lil highpoly...maiunly the streetlamps (or it may just be me notify.gif )

2. Could you make the well a Secret entrance to something....like an underground boatdock or something.

This is supposed to be a realalistic mod so don't think it will fit in...

 

Here's what I got now... Its 5254 poly's sofar but when the base is done im gonna add a optimize modifier to delete all unneeded poly's, that will shave up alot...

Who complained VC was to flat, and GTA3 was way more fun whit heightchanges...then what's this? biggrin.gif Imagine this when done, you'r in a fast car pursuited by cops then you see a CR125R, you jump out of the car get on the bike... lol can't wait to finish this biggrin.gif

but, what's the polycount in the mountain?

you better keep it below 2400 otherwise you'll have some trouble making your col file, on a mountain it's gonna be noticed when a lowpoly version was used for the col.

Thats what the optimize modifier in 3D Max is perfect for when all is done wink.gif
