It was an incomplete design. Monitor and I are going to revamp it, and get a 70's style a'going. Besides, the downloads are soooo old that the links to the mirrors are obviousily broken. If it is an update, it is fine, and unless it is a few months old and someone bumps it saying "It r teh roxxorz", it's fine. An update is needed, and no modder (well, some, but that's beyond the point ) works on a tc 24/7, so of course there isnt going to be an update every minute. I'm not a fan of having 10 super-poly monster million dollar cars driving along the streets. It just doesn't fit into the GTA theme and environment.
