But, in MS Paint, it's kinda easier. smile.gif

 

 

MS Paint is sh*t.. Use Photoshop.. The effect will be 100 times better wink.gif Add a little dirty texture to your snow and everything will look very nice smile.gif

Has a snow mod been made yet?

errrrmmmm...... No. I could make one for ya. I just have to figure how to make a snow mod. Snce I'm making some other mods for GTA3 and LC, I spose I could make a snow mod.

 

 

 

@AzO, I know. But paint shop takes a little longer, I think. I did one with photo shop, but was in vc and It took about 1 hour or so when I put snow in my pics via ms paint and it took.... probally 30 minutes or so. confused.gif

That would be cool, I want the sow set like how it was when you went there in San Andreas, it would also be cool to change the rain to snow

And what about multilanguage support? I think it's necessary to include in installer "Choose your language". There was in fact topic "Lang packs". There was Spanish and Russian.

P.S. There are many files in my russification(exe, fonts, readme, gxt).

Therefore it is necessary to include it as separate item of installation.

I can translate stuff into dutch (netherlands! so NOT german)

umm, you know there was a very good snow mod for gta 3 already made... I'm sure it could easily be ported to fit this mod

 

there's no need to color screenshots in mspaint

Noticed a few things playing today that I haven't seen posted here...

 

The guy at Luigi's club who reads you his note in the Don't Spank My Bitch Up mission is a member of Love Fist (probably just a model/texture thing, and not a proper "bug." Same prob with Asuka, but with Candy Suxx model, and Kenji, who appears to be a fast food guy.

 

Misty appears to be somewhat lacking in colour on the second mission for Luigi.

 

I vaugley remember that in the Fuzz Ball mission in GTA3, there was a van near by when you start the mission, or you're immediately put in one on starting.

 

In Turismo, you can shoot out the other racers tyres, but in GTA3 the cars are completely indestructible. I think there must be a way round this, as I checked in Vice City and in the races at Sunshine Auto's the race starts if you try to shoot the tyres, but they don't burst.

 

Again, this isn't a proper bug, but in I Scream, You Scream, you can kill the mafia guys by shooting them and drive off in the icecream van, and I don't think you can do this in GTA3.

 

In Big N Veiny, the van you're supposed to follow doesn't appear, so you can't complete the mission

 

In Last Requests, the car you're supposed to pick up (and die in) is a Cheetah, but I'm pretty sure in GTA 3 it's a Perennial. Also, when I arrived at the boat (on a PCJ) and drive into the marker, the cut scene showed Claude on the dock talking to Maria and Asuka (Candy Suxx char model) but he was also visble on the top of the boat crouching like he's riding a motorbike!

Those are temporary models since you need to convert stuff. Big n Veiny just go to the docks if you know how to do that mission. Unpoppable tires seems like a good idea. All other things are nothing.

The Fuzz Ball allowed you to use whatever vehicle you wanted to (even a bus). You were not put inside a van in GTA3 as I recall.

I can easily make the other cars' tires indestructible. And that's the way that mission should be. Thanks for pointing that out.

You could do it either way in GTA3. In fact that's the only easy way to deliver the Ice Cream van to the IE garage as it's pretty rare to find in traffic.

Big 'N' Veiny's code is incomplete. The way it was coded in GTA3 was there was a single line of code that created 104 pickups across the city. Each pickup increased your time by a few seconds. Coding that manually would probably be 2,000 lines of scm code. We may be able to implement this with our launcher in the future. Until then to pass the mission, just drive to the docks. The Bullion Run mission is in a similar state, but since that's a middle mission, we're just skipping it until we can figure it out.

It was a cheetah in GTA3. I didn't change that code for which car it was at all. There is a Perennial parked car down the block which you may be confusing this with.

Thanks for the update Bebop. I look forward to seeing more of your peds.

 

The more I play the beta test release, the more I realize that there's some peds that are not final enough to be released. I don't know who 'boned' what, but I can gather a few pics to get things organized.

Barton just released a slightly new builder which he claims fixes "the nastiest bug in MB history. All previous 'main.scm' files generated by previous versions of the MB can cause your game to crash."

 

Hopefully that will get rid of some of our random crashes.

 

Download - scm and source in 1.41X.

I tried it, but when I started a New Game lading bar finish and game stop all black. sarcasm.gif

Judging Pedestrians is perfect as I would personally like to have non-ped converters judge them. I know mine are not perfect as I am no where near MM and Bebop's status for converting. Please don't hesitate to post even if they are marked as finals.

 

I'll update the first post during my spring break as thats the only free time I will have.
