GTA:LC Audio v3 (v2 add-on)

-Has helicopter vioces, other basic sounds, and some cop's voices

-Does not have what v2 has.

yes and yes i am currently working with a modded scm of the old nomad v5 but if you just want that turned off or do you want the buttons changed ... if the crew doesn't mind i could alter the scm for you ....

That would be cool. I'm using a PS2 dual shock controller right now and if I could press all four shoulder buttons to do the spawn trick that would be perfect.

 

Next Weapon + Previous Weapon + Target + Center Camera = Spawn PCJ/Hunter

 

^If you could modify it to use that button combo it would be much appreciated.

 

Edit: Even the Sprint + Duck combo that CraigKostelecky is using would work for me.

I am using the ps2 dual shock controller too. The only thing that annoys me with using that is the pause button doesn't pause. Don't ask me about spawning things though as I commented them out. I only use them when I want to test a car out.

Alright, nobody's made a prat of themselves just yet, a bit of banter about video cards never hurt anybody. There's pro & cons to every bit of hardware we're using, but considering this is a screenshot thread this is not the place to be discussing it.

why not replace the cuban hermes with te diablo stallion?   so you get the flames coming out the exhaust?

 

Because the Flames comming out of the exhaust cannot be moved, it's like the police sirens, it's in the exe. I did that at the first time but since the stallion exhaust pipes are on the back and the cuban hermes ones are on the sides, it's looking ugly and unrealistic.

 

 

You can't stand in the bed of the flatbed. Although you can stand about 5 feet above it. I'm guessing the collision detection from the stack of lumber is still in place.

 

forgot to change that col file, there will be a pack with fixed cols.

I agree, don't mess with that. It's little things like that, that make this mod so cool, not just helis and bikes. Stuff like popping tires, killing people while they're still in the car (without blowing it up), scaring people into getting out. One of the things I missed when I played 3 a 2nd time after playing VC was being able to jump out of a speeding car.

I was just bored of the original radar, well around the radar anyway so I thought I would make something that would look more intresting or maybe techincal or makes this look better.

 

Would anybody be intrested in this, it would have to be made slightly better if I can, but this is the genral shot of it.

I put Liberty City around the top as its for this mod and the orange/yellow is taken from the fist icon.

 

Anyone intrested in not it doesnt matter.

Wow Monitor that video was excellent, what program did you use the capture the video? FRAPS?

Hello, new to the forum and everything. I checked the whole thread, but if this has been posted elsewhere I'm sorry.

 

Just a few little bugs I noticed; first of all, there's no collision detection here (not sure if that's true for GTA3 or not):

 

 

And secondly, the shotgun in GTA3 fires one shot, then the guy pumps the action, but in GTA:LC, it never gets pumped.

 

Plus, I already read why it's impossible/extremely difficult to change the fonts, but would it, at least, be possible to recolor them so they're not all pastel?

Actually it is. We once had a thread in the GTA3 forums about ways to get to blue hell and I posted that on.
