Missing Mansion Mission?

Hello all.

 

Just ran in to this problem, and I'm not sure what, if anything, can be done to fix it. Thought I would see if any of you had a suggestion.

 

I have completed the first five Vercetti Mansion (Criminal Empire) missions (Death Row, Rub Out, Shakedown, Bar Brawl, and Copland). But the next mission has not appeared. There is no circle anywhere on the grounds - inside, or out. I cannot seem to continue those missions.

 

I have been doing a mix of missions for various assets in no particular order...has this caused a problem? I would do one of the Film Studio missions, then go and do a mansion mission, etc.

 

At this point, I have completed all other asset missions except Cherry Popper, Pole Position, and Boatyard.

 

I think I have purchased all residence properties as well.

 

I have not finished collecting the idols. I have not done all the Unique Stunts. I have not completed the vehicle missions (Vigilante, Fireman, etc). And there's probably more I haven't done.

 

But would these things affect mission progression In the Vercetti Criminal Empire from Copland to Cap the Collector?

 

Note: I have only used two cheat codes – once each, 1 where I summoned a panzer just to drive around – and another where I used the health cheat. I did NOT save the game after using them, though. I quit, and reloaded a previous save. This was done several missions before Copland.

Additional Note: I have had no other problems with the game, except a few instances where the entire town was devoid of pedestrians and vehicles. This “Ghost Town” has only happened to me a few times, and appears to go away after a few loads.

are there any other missions for you to do? not mansion missions..

if so, do them..

 

 

(also, try the room on your amediate right as soon as you enter the masion at the main front door for the pink marker..)

Unfortunately, I have searched every square inch of the inside and outside of the mansion property - including the room with the tiger-skin rug hehe.

 

Nothing anywhere.

 

I'll try your suggestion about completing the three asset missions I have not finished. I figured owning them was enough. Maybe thats what is holding me up.

ah, now this is a reasonably simple one.

after copland, there are no other missions at the mansion.

once u do both the printing press and malibu missions, a mission marker appears at the printers. this is the cap the collector mission.

 

however, in one game i bought the malibu before the printing press and for some reason it fuked up so i couldnt do it. did u buy the malibu and complete its missions first, or did u do the printing press's ones? that could be a reason.

 

but the cap the collector mission appears at the printworks, not the mansion. then when u do that one the final story mission appears at ur mansion, in ur study.

In addition to Malibu and Print Works, I've read you need 5 other assets. I got away with 4 once.
