I think some other changes could be made.

 

 

Adding some sewers and tunnels under the lot, and a little place for parking the boss' yacht , some more trees in the rooftop and a red carpet in the entrance are cool details that can be easily added.

Yeah, a wood dock could be done in the beach, but lord, it isn't a beach... I don't know how to explain. I really can do false sewers on the beach, and about the hall I think it must be done by illspirit of anyone of the olders

it would be a private beach. There are many private beaches on the north of my country. The majority are owned by north american alien hunters .

I would have said a nice place to have..well, not exactly a beach, but a nice place to go to, would be near the arched bridge in the crossing between the 2 illnorth islands. Can make like a lil promenade, then a load of steps leading down to a small beach/bank thing.

 

Though really, I'd say illNorth is probably best for one.

Overlooking illcom would be nice place for a beach. There are many good locations, but my best bet is the one in the North islands that overlooks Necrosis and illcom.

hi everyone, ive been away for a week on holiday, must hand it you guy are doing great.

i think i might contribute using my basic mapping skills to make a lot although someone has to get it ingame for me i was thinking of reserving a lot in Ill res? is that ok? it will be a clothing store and a barbers, which will maybe have interiors i will make seperatly?

Just for fun I converted the Manhunt Jail outfit. In Myriad SA when you get busted you start in a cell. It may be a good adition if we start with this clothes too.

 

 

Amazingly , its a perfect match. I didnt have to cut it into pieces or add my own. Enjoy your sight!

@Thug: Indeed, ya can't reserve anything there yet, unless you're like a prolific map modder, by which point you're able to reserve something out of pure respect. And not being able to get it in game isn't a problem. Also illNorth is vast enough at the moment to just model stuff for sh*ts and giggles, as you'll probably be able to convert it to a multitude of places when done.

 

Oh btw, I got bored with my boxt Estate car for the moment, so I started another MI vehicle!

 

 

I present the Markanov Mil-31 Condor. Aka a rip-off of the Aero Vodochody L-39C Albatross. The front fuselage is a direct copy, give or take a little laziness on my part, but the rear fus, wings and tail are my own imagination.

Agreed, but I must admit that ideas are being hindered due to choices of lots now. I think a "lot reclaim" topic is needed. Anything with nothing released on it should become free again if the user does not respond after a month. At the mo a lot of lots are being kept by people who aren't exactly active.
