I apologize for the double post, but in case you missed my post in JasonB's Commerical lot release (Panatronic and Planet Myriad), then you need to delete the following two lines from the Streetlights.IPL...

 

 

425, lamppost1, 0, 496.411, -779.947, 22.1, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0.803857, -0.594823

 

425, lamppost1, 0, 525.841, -770.327, 22, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0.803857, -0.594823

The first one is a lamppost in front of a door.

 

The second one is right beside it, but peds just walk into it and end up in the wall...

I downloaded the installer from the MI home page

i have one small island and a smaller one. Now im lost. i know theres a hell of alot to get for full MI experience - ie more lots and addons, but been to the C.Dwnlds and i dont know what to download and install, parts appear to be what ive already got....any help?

 

If The islands to add other than the two small penny farthing style islands havnt been released yet, sorry.

Little update, made the donut house not more boxy, finally, one problem, if I smooth it more then goes the polycount higher.

Textures of the donut house, must add some windows..

 

 

EDIT: Oh yeah, that big office get a interior, the details of the interior is suprise.

Well the Myriad script is being totaly redone to remove errors which may have caused crashing, I'm sure your mission will find it's way in Myriad since like you said Myriad realy needs missions!

@ Ekamentus: Ain't it a little high. Or is it going to be a two floor store? Also, I'm not too sure about those blue thingies you've got. Have you got an example pic of a donut shop? That always helps when you're making something...

You seem to be very enthousiastic about modelling, so keep at it. i can't say I really like it as it is right now, but if you do some research on shops and whatthey need to look like shops, I'm sure you'll be okay.

That are the rules. Danny didn't show any screenshots long time and I think he didn't work on this lot anymore.

But that's not the right topic to discuss that.

Edit = Feel free to continue downloading this version but it is out of date Theres already 3 more weapons about to be added to this weapons pack along with numerous bug fixes I have made (Low quality huds on m21, knife and M249)

I'll probably just send this straight into the installer to avoid more hassle and you'll be able to get your hands on these weapons once the installer is released sometime next week by Gforce!

The way I learned is to copy what the other folders already did. Make a folder called "X # Name", put the script in there, and unzip a file to that folder.

Based on the reaction that his lot got from the general community there was no suprise as to why his lot was removed. It was actually a BETA version and needed alot of work to be upto a good standard. I dont know who removed his lot but since they he didn't work on it for months and left it in a poor state then it was rghtlyfully removed imho.

 

Now get back on topic we have a new building in place that probably is more suitable than the previous lot which was unfinished and the author seems to have no intrest in having his lot... so someone did have a right to remove it.

 

Anyway its a nice filler lot Jason, nothing special but thats the whole point, overall nice work.

How do you use the install script to install a lot? I am new so it would be helpful if you could tell me in detail how to use the install scripts.

This ain't the place for it but i'll help ye:

 

Right you know the BWInstaller folder you got aye? one with BWInstall.exe and a f*ckload of other folders of lots around it? Well creat a new fold and call it "X490 JBs commercial buildings" or summin, (I just chose to start at 300 and work up in 10s but thats me) specifying the number you want (not important) and the name to remind you of what it is (not important either). Now, copy all contents of the .zip or .rar or whatever the mod was packaged in into this folder, making sure that its not like X490 JBs...etc/Jasonb/filesgohere, and is infact X490 JBs...etc/filesgohere, otherwise you'll get problems getting BWInstall locating the files. Next create a file called "BWInstall.txt" and copy spaceeinstein's lovely script as seen above into the black txt file created. Save this, then creat another txt called InsName.txt and in here write what you want the file to be called in the BWInstaller. Any problems then PM me or summin .

 

Are t3h nice lot *downloads* time to install this and ODIEs new lot .
